Perfect for baseball games

Our son's baseball team is orange and black. This hat is perfect for those hot and sunny tournament weekends.

Cute

This hat is very cute, but it does squeeze the dome just a little too tight. However, if that's the way you like your hat to fit then it is for you sis. I think it would be perfect for people who like to work out in the evening because it has that safety effect.

Defective Stitching and Too Big

This visor would be perfect if it came in a smaller size and had better stitching. I suspect the stitching issue is the result of me receiving a defective version of the visor. On one side of the bill where the elastic band meets the visor, the stitching seems to be missing, and the elastic band is only held in place in one corner (as opposed to across the entire side of the band like it is on the other side). I noticed this after a few wears, and to fix this, I'll have to do some sewing myself, which I would likely have to do anyway because of issue #2: the size. I do not have what people would call a small head. It's never come up before in my life, but I do have a female-sized head. The strap barely stretches when I put the visor on, which makes the fit not very snug. I have heard from friends who wear this brand that the band stretches out/loses elasticity over time, which means that if the band does this at all for me in the future, the visor will not stay on. The bill part is also too big, and I've had people comment on how mine wrinkles unattractively at the top because my head isn't large enough for it to sit naturally against my forehead. These two issues are total bummers because aside from them, I can tell this would be an excellent visor. I bought it for beach volleyball, and I've never before been able to successfully wear a visor because of the visor's weight and the length of the bill. The combination would hurt my neck from constant craning, or the visor would fly off during plays. I thought I was simply one of those people who could never play volleyball with a hat on. Despite the fact that the visor I received is too big, and the stitching is two seconds away from breaking, it's the only visor that has ever stayed on my head that doesn't drive me crazy during a rally. Go figure. Sooooo, they're doing something right, but there's definitely room for growth (or in my case, shrinkage).

Designed well, with one glaring flaw...

The visor fits well: the elastic seems just right, and the visor fits comfortably underneath my cycling helmet. The color is the same high-visibility orange as my helmet and cycling shirt. During two very strenuous cycling trips, it sopped up sweat well. The bill is a little shorter than I'd hoped (2 3/4 inches), and there is no information available on either Amazon or the company's own website about the bill's length. The one big design flaw is the placement of the tag and label: right on the absorbent fabric, defeating the sweat-wicking properties and necessitating cutting them off before use.

Does the Job, expect nothing else

I needed a hat to keep the sun out of my eyes, and this does that. Mission accomplished. It's also fairly comfortable to wear overall, and the elastic band ensures it fits securely on your head. I'm not sure that I want to call it cheap or if it's just how it is, but the reflective material is completely worn off after about 10 washes. In any event, you can wear a nasty hat with a shiny band on it, or you can wear a clean hat where that shiny band is gone in a year. I plan to go back to my usual hats in a month now that my crisis is over. Decent visor; better if you only need it for working out I suppose.

Great for sports

Bought this visor for a glow-night event but ended wearing it all the time. Works great for volleyball, tennis and pickleball. I love the elastic band instead of Velcro.
