I purchased these needles to try a less complicated method of tatting. The needles are sturdy, & I appreciate having the needle threader. That being said, I believe they are marketed as having three different sizes. I cannot tell one from another, nor am I able to find any size labeling on the needles. To me, they all look the same.

Nice product easy to use.
I had some difficulties picking the right needle size and had to send the first one back. But the exchange went smoothly and I am happy with my needles. There is also an instruction booklet which is a nice bonus. I would also recommend using YouTube since it is a little difficult just following the written instructions. A better description of the product would be recommended so you know which needle size matching the size of thread you are using. That’s why I gave it a 4/5 stars.

There is nothing to dislike about these needles. They are sturdy and a comfortable length to work with. I've always wanted to make lace. I had two shuttles but could not figure out how to use them. As my photos show my attempts on these neees are still wonky but coming along...

Tatting is awesome. Large tatting needles are great for beginners to use.
I found needle tatting and love it. I tried shuttle tatting and it was just not for me- my hands are too clumsy and numb to keep juggling a shuttle around. As for this set, generally the smaller needles are what I use but the large ones are really fun. I made a few jumbo split ring tatted necklaces with chunky yarn and they were pretty cute. For a beginner the large needles and some thick thread or yarn would probably be best since the thin needles tend to bend/warp and the thread being smaller makes it a little more difficult to see what is going on. That said- I use the smaller ones so much more but regardless I'm so glad I got a pack of the larger needles to expand on my collection.

No Needles Included
I was super excited to get this three pack of tatting needles. I get home and no needles are included in the pack. I just get a fancy piece of paper that says free, basic instructions and patterns inside. Where are the needles and why didn’t I get them?

This is what needles for yarn tatting are supposed to be.
I tried to learn crochet and knitting. Unfortunately it didn't go so well, but I already knew needle tatting and had a fair amount of yarn. I decided to give the yarn size tatting needles a try, and I'm glad I did. The eyes are easy to thread, and the needles are firm enough to hold various yarn weights easily. There is a downside to them of course. They aren't any longer than the tatting needles I use for size 10 and 20 thread, so the needles don't hold as many stitches as I would like them to. However, if the needles were longer, it would be difficult to use them at all, so I can't really consider it a negative. It's a minor inconvenience I'm more than willing to overlook for the sake of being able to do large scale projects.

Sturdy metal
I’m teaching myself to Tat using a book I bought, and online videos. These needles are nice and sturdy, and I’ve made some lovely snowflakes for holiday decorations.

Avevo già acquistato una serie di aghi di questa marca e devo dire che mi son trovata benissimo. Non sono facilissimi da trovare, Ma questi sono arrivati direttamente dagli Usa con posta tracciabile...e non dico altro. Ottimo prodotto. Sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto
