nice leash
this was a nice leash and I got it for a decent price. I bought it because i wanted a shorter leash to train my new pup. the metal clasp seems durable and high quality. i have had other nylon leashes that start to look raggedy very quickly, but so far this leash still looks like new and has not started to shed after 2 months of daily. I can't understand why some of these same branded leashes are going for over $20. I got mine for around $8. I wouldn't pay more for it as it is just a simple leash, with no bells and whistles.

Good regular leash
Aside from some minor cosmetic issues, this leash is perfect. I bought the 5/8 inch 6 foot length in raspberry to match the collar I also purchased. The longer length comes in handy when I need to tie my dog up temporarily (just tie the end of the leash to something). The minor cosmetic issues are the metal has a brushed finish on the leash and metal on the collar has a shiny finish (not a big deal). It also has an unnecessary logo/patch that doesn't match the color of my leash. I was thinking of removing it but haven't tried yet. Overall it's a good standard leash.

Good leash, no complaints here
Good leash, no complaints here. 6 feet always seems long to me (we use a four foot leash for regular walks) but I needed a longer lead for nosework training. This one is nice and light and doesn't seem to bother my 12 lb dog too much, even when she gets tangled in it. Works well for what it was intended for!

Affordable leash. We were wary that this might be cheap but it is strong enough to walk and 40lb dog. It hasn't fallen apart and the hook opening has not got stuck like some others. Remember to check the width measurement of a leash before you buy. In my opinion, this size would not be a good choice for a dog more than 40lbs but it works for our about 40lb dog.

Terrific Leash !!!
I am SO HAPPY with this leash ....I would give it 6 ????'s if I could ! It's not only sturdy but the clasp is exactly what I was looking for.....I recently went into the pet supply store and a similar leash with a cheap clasp was over $14.00...more than double the price! I am waiting for the other one I ordered for my other dog ...I cannot wait so I can discard my old ones!!! Thank you Hamilton Products.....

I am impressed.
Nice and smooth, it fits good in my hand. The clasp is good and thick! Great length for my 55 lb Pit Bull. I was worried about the thickness, but it's sturdy.
