Great crock pot
I have order 3 of this item an 2 for my daughters an one for my sister they love it. Thley are easy to clean an it a one pot meal. They love to cook ,an both have large family so it make it easy for them an fast. I will recommend it to everyone.

Great features
This slow cooker is the best yet. Just cooked a prime rib in it today, the sear function worked great, and then to have the option of adjusting my time is fantastic

Great product just be sure to read all the features carefully
I love this multi cooker as it’s a great product and looking forward to all the future recipes and meals that will come however I wish I would have read all the reviews and features before purchasing it. I’m looking for a slow cooker with a delay start feature and while this multi cooker has a delay start feature, it’s only for 3 of the 9 features (it’s for the white rice, whole grain and steam ONLY) and I need the delay start for the slow cooker. This is still a wonderful product and will definitely get used and added to my slow cooker “collection” lol. One thing I’d like to add is how easy it is to clean, the non stick pot is super way to clean and also dishwasher safe. It’s shiny stainless steel base is also an easy wipe down to clean and looks great if you have to leave it out in the countertop.

I HAVE JUST STARTED TRYING THIS SLOW COOKER, A LOT OF FUNCTIONS, RESOURCEFUL, BUT THE MANUAL FOR THIS RESOURCEFUL DEVICE IS VERY LIMITED! I WILL HAVE TO GUESS ON MY OWN HOW TO SWITCH BETWEEEN MODES. IT MIGHT BE A GOOD SLOW COOKER, BUT HAMILTON BEACH DOES NOT MAKE IT EASIER AND TO COMPLICATE THINGS THERE IS NOT EVEN A VERY BASIC RECIPES, SUCH AS A SIMPLE BEEF STEW. MANUFACTURER TOLD ME TO LOOK ONLINE FOR RECIPES, ALSO VERY COMPLICATED TO GET TO THE LIMITED RECIPES SPECIFIC FOR THIS SLOW COOKER. THIS IS A EXPENSIVE SLOW COOKER - VERY CHEAP OF HAMILTON BEACH SAVE MONEY ON PRINTING A BETTER USER MANUAL AND THE BARE BASIC FEW SLOW COOKER RECIPES SUCH AS THE "BEEF STEW". I CAN NOT TELL YET ABOUT THIS SLOW COOKER FULL PERFORMANCE BECAUSE I AQM EXPLORING IT ON MY OWN. I HAVE A VERY BUSY WORKING SCHEDULE. Can't use an immersion blender
Upon opening the box, the insert for this looked like the same alloy used for my set of Calphalon pots and pans. I checked the included documentation to see if it listed materials, but it is minimal, to say the least. There was nothing about not using metal utensils or an immersion blender, and since it's a slow cooker, that should be something the manufacturer anticipates consumers using. Unfortunately, you cannot safely use an immersion blender with this slow cooker. I made soup the very first time I used this slow cooker, and did what I always do, which was blended it in the slow cooker with an immersion blender. When putting away leftovers, I discovered that the bottom and side of the insert had apparently been scraped and damaged by the blender. I double-checked the documentation, but there is no mention of the vessel not being safe for an immersion blender, nor is that mentioned in the description on Amazon. Had it been mentioned anywhere, I would not have bought this model, since I have no use for a slow cooker I can't use my immersion blender in. I'm requesting a full refund. It's really a shame, because I liked the saute feature, which is why I bought it, and I liked the shape of the cooker.

Really Does Sear!
Loved the sear feature of this item. First one of many crock pots with this feature. Did a Chuck Roast and no sticking. Cleaned right out as well. I also love the shape and the size. I will be using this for many years.
