Just a perfect size slow cooker.
I prefer this to the Crock-Pot brand that I had. This unit has a much better build and the heat control knob makes sense. Clean up is easy with a nice finish on the crock.

Wonderful pot.
Am quite satisfied with is crock pot. It is very simple to use and is quite adequate for the two of us. I like such stuff that is simple and no crappy timers, and stuff such as this....Off, low heat, high heat and warmer...that is all you really need when you think about it. I am happy.

I love it
I like everything about this crock pot. I had a larger one that was so heavy. Gave that away and got this. Was surprised that I could put so much in it. 2 1/2 lb pot roast, potatoes and carrots. It was wonderful. So easy to carry. After it cools down I put it in the sink with dish soap and water to soak then wash. Comes out so nice and clean.

Overall good, lid doesn’t fit tight
Great little slow cooker, perfect size for 2 people and leftovers. Cleans easily, dishwasher friendly, small to store. Only complaint would be that the lid doesn’t fit tightly so I’m not sure if it’s losing heat from the top, still works fine, just odd that with the lid on you can slide it around snd see gaps where it’s not fully closed.

Does look different from the picture, still a great cooker at a great price!
Thanks to the other reviewers, I wasn't expecting this to look like the picture - and the one they sent me doesn't. Instead of the black plastic cradle and white finish mine has a stainless finish and black plastic handles: cosmetics are in fact exactly like the Hamilton Beach 5 Quart Classic Chrome cooker that Amazon sells for about $10 more. Nobody in my household is particularly bothered about the look - the stainless is actually pretty classy, but about the (relatively low) heft and apparent quality you'd expect from an appliance that costs under $30. We've been using this thing nonstop since it arrived (3 days faster than Amazon reported it would when we checked out!) and it works exactly as it should. I've worked with slow cookers before where the high temp was just a little too hot and you'd end up with actual burned on food around the rim - no such problems with this one so far, and the "warm" setting has also proved effective at holding the temperature for a couple of hours after cooking without turning beans to complete mush. Size is great for a couple or small family; my only caveat is that most of the slow-cooker recipes you'll find are tuned to a 5 quart cooker, so you'll have to get creative with division if you want to max out the capacity of this 4 quart size. My girlfriend and I usually have about 4 cups/1 liter of leftovers when it's just the two of us (bear in mind that recipes filling the 4 liter capacity will cook down to roughly 2-2.5 liters most of the time), and had exactly enough daal for four when we had friends over the other night. If you don't feel the need for automation and don't need a larger size, this model seems like a great value for the price.

Very very pleased!
I love the size of this crockpot (4 quart). I'm a short person not very strong. The larger crocks are too heavy for me. I love the white ceramic crock. It's easier to see how clean it is vs the black ones. I have been pleased with every dish I have prepared. So easy. I am on a real slow cooker binge right now. Am going to order a second one.
