N99 filtration
This NIOSH approved N99 mask claims to filter 99% of airborne particles. It’s only very slightly harder to breathe through than the N95s that I have worn previously, and prefer the greater protection, even if the additional benefit over a N95 is small. The straps go around your head, who I prefer. I’m 66, fit, and work in a hospital. I have elderly relatives and I don’t want to bring anything home to them. 4 stars instead of 5 because the straps break too easily.

Add mask sticker strip in lieu of detached metal nose clip
As others report, the metal bias clip easily falls off. You can use mask-sealing double-sided tape strips between the mask and your nose bridge / upper cheeks to seal the mask even better than it seals with the nose clip. I now pack tape strips with this mask, and switch to the tape when (not if…when) the metal nose clip falls off.

Ability to tighten straps is key; nose bar falls off; 3-pk and 15-pk straps were different
As other reviewers have stated, the nose bar does fall off. However, this is one of the very few N95/99s that work for my (flat, minimal nose bridge) face, thanks to the blue tabs on the side for tightening. If you're lucky you can sometimes mash the bar back onto the glue strip temporarily, but if I need to be sure the bar is going to stay on, I fit the mask then apply Gorilla glue at the center and ends at least 48h beforehand. FYI -- the straps on the 3-pk I received were made of a different material, smoother and thinner, and I needed to wind it a bit tighter. The 15-pk straps were more like a rubber band.

Metal nose clip falls off unless sown or stapled near each end.
This mask is very comfortable and fits tightly. Problem is the metal nose clip, which is only glued on and falls off after one use. I stapled my nose clip to the mask after first loosening the inner rubber nose pad at the ends, and gluing the nose pad back after stapling, to hide and bolster the open ends of the staples, and reseal the mask (although that is not really necessary). If I had had more time, i would instead have sown the clip on and re-fixed the rubber pad afterwards, although, I guess, sowing through the rubber pad would work fine as well.

Easy to breath, fits my face better - my new favorite mask (when I add a foam insert)
I've tried several KN95 and N95 masks. Some of them don't fit my face well - the bottom edge of the mask sits ON my chin rather than over it. Some of them feel more difficult to breath in - I have to inhale harder. This N99 mask seems easier to breath in, and fits my face better. This is my new favorite mask, but it has some issues ... The mask has a metal strip over the nose, which is much more rigid than on most other masks I've tried. The good part of this is that it holds it's shape well. The bad part of this is that it's harder to mold properly to the shape of my nose bridge. It takes a bit of finesse for me to shape it properly. The mask comes with a thin strip of foam to cushion the fit over the nose. Because that foam strip is so thin, and the metal strip is hard to shape properly, the fit over the nose is not great, and I get fogging on my glasses. Most of the [K]N95/99 masks I've used have inadequate foam to keep my exhale breath off of my glasses, and weak wires to hold the shape over my nose, and so I typically add a foam insert to those masks. Use of such foam inserts also help compensate for the short-falls of this mask. So, when used in combination with a foam mask insert, this is my new favorite mask.

The metal nose shaper falls off
While these masks are very comfortable and easy to breathe in, the metal part that shapes the nose area is glued badly and falls off pretty much the first time the mask changes shape. It can be put back on, but it doesn't hold well at all. Comfort: Reasonable. I used this mask throughout an entire international 18 hour plane trip, and was not too badly damaged by it even though it was a tight fit. Some marks on the face, but nothing that lasted longer than an hour after I took it off. My partner has a thin face and a large nose, and his nose was pretty badly scraped when he used it though. YMMV based on your fit. Breathing was easy as well. Sturdiness: Terrible. I was forced to take it off a couple of times when going through security, and as soon as I pulled it down and it changed shape, the metal part fell off. I managed to stick it back on, but it kept dropping when I adjusted my glasses or adjusted the straps. It's pretty much a one-use mask.

Great mask *BUT* nose clip comes off needs improvement
Such a great quality mask. Fits great, feels protective. HOWEVER the metal nose clip falls off so you have to be careful. And if they were sewn on, or into the center, they would be able to be re-used a few times. At this price, it would be much more economical to be able to reuse them after letting them sit for a week. So the design needs improvement. Shame because the foam nose fitter on the inside is comfortable.

Love the filtration hate the nose strip
The filtration technology is useless if this doesn't stay sealed. The nose wire pops right off especially in the summer months. Whenever I open a new mask I immediately have to pop off the nose wire and glue it back down with Gorilla Glue gun and seal the outer edge of each strip down so it at least stays down. I think in the future Ill be sealing them nose wire straight away in polypropylene and then just glueing that down so the bare aluminum wont have the opportunity to pop off. So frustrating because this an expensive mask for someone who's purchasing due to not taking the situation of poor air quality lightly.

No la recomiendo para la población que no está en el sector salud!
He comprado varias mascarillas de distintas marcas y tipos, y ésta, definitivamente no la recomiendo para la población que no se encuentre en el sector salud. Para descartar que fuera sólo mi opinión, las estuve regalando a mis familiares, jóvenes, adultos y adultos-mayores, nadie quedó satisfecho, incluso, sólo le dieron un uso.

Muy bueno, pero...
Muy buena calidad, pero falta una talla más grande (aprieta y cansa rápido). El clip de metal se llega a caer, esta muy rígido.

Buena protección, lo unico es que la varilla de nariz se desprende con pocas horas de uso.

No se empañan mis lentes
Se sienten seguras y con buen sellado, pues mis lentes de trabajo no se empañaba, solo el metal de la nariz es muy rígido y cuesta ajustarlo, y para caras grandes queda un poco pequeña
