Great garden gloves

They keep dirt from getting inside the gloves, hence keeping my hands & nail clean. The snug fit makes it easy to pull weedz

No more wet hands

These gloves keep my hands dry and free of callouses. They are flexible, the grip is reliable, and they are great for general gardening. A single pair lasts for about a month of intense yardwork before the coating begins to wear off. Buy thicker, less pliable, gloves for yardwork involving thorns.

Don't use with garden chemicals

I bought these in 2020 and they held up fine, through several washings until I used them while applying a brush killer chemical with a brush. I would hold the plant with my left hand and 'paint' with my right hand. The chemical got on the glove quite a bit, mostly, of course on my left hand. They protected my hands very well. Although I washed the gloves with soap, the rubber (?) is stiff and disintegrating, especially the left one. I'm going to buy more but will NOT use them with garden chemicals.

These were so much better than I expected.

Protective, pretty, and practical

As you ladies know, all garden gloves are not created equally. Most are made for man-sized hands, length and width, and they don't come in nice colors. Ok, I've found a few small ones that work ok, but they don't protect the fingers very well. The G & F 2030 Women's Garden Gloves with Micro Form Nitrile coating texture grip (the name says it all!) fit a women's hands and should be comfortable for all but the very smallest or very largest hands. The elastic part of the glove fits snugly around the wrist, so even though my hands are fairly small, these gloves don't feel overly big. The very best thing about them is that the Nitrile coating covers the palm and all the way over the fingers to the back of the hand (as pictured). To me this is a big deal because my hands would invariably get wet and dirty, with the ones that only cover the tip, and then they'd get muddy and my hands didn't stay clean. Today I wore these gloves for hours doing all kinds of dirty work and when I took them off my hands were clean. No dirt under my nails!! Also, the textured coating seems thicker than most garden gloves, so they grip really well, and I think they may also last longer. Time will tell. So, what's not to like: comfortable, keep your hands very clean and dry, come in bright flower colors, and they're a great price--the same or less than the ones with the finger-tip-only coating.These gloves are a good value; so try them, you'll like them. Great gloves-buying more!

I am an avid gardener with rather large hands. These are the very best I have found that fit-with a little extra space so you dont have to struggle if your hands get wet! They were just great setting out my brocolli and cabbage start! The coating on the palm and fingers allows you to do the work and able to feel what you are doing- and the back of your hand feels cooler. They do get wet if the uncoated part gets water on it, but dry well. I ordered a second set-I gave my neighbor one pair and she wants more and so do I! When you find somethin you like, get more! I find when I go back later, they change the design, size or availability! Garder on!

Love these gloves

Love these gloves. I had purchased one pair of the lighter version of these in a name brand at a garden center, liked them so much i went online to get more. I purchased the lighter weight (lighter weight = not as heavily rubberized as these). Found these as well during my search and thought having a few heavier duty gloves might be handy as well. Was skeptical, but since they were so affordable decided to get them. They are the same glove except that these have a slightly thicker waterproof coating that also comes around and covers much of the back of the gloves, which is nice in some circumstances. Even though heavier, they are still easy, not too stiff to work in. The little 'rose' decal is silly, and comes right off. But that doesn't affect the purpose of the gloves. They are lightweight enough to be able to have full hand manipulation but keep fingers and palms dry while working in garden. They are tough enough to protect my hands when we are working on building projects. They aren't as hot as other gloves I have used. I would purchase again, but so far haven't even worn out the first pair, which has gone through the wash several times. I line dry them. I don't know if okay to put in dryer or not. (My guess is they would do okay, but the heat might eventually adversely affect the rubberized part of the glove.)

More protection for back of hands than most similar gloves

I developed a bad contact dermatitis to seemingly any kind of grass or weed, and this is mowing/weeding season, so the gloves that have rubber on the hands and knit fabric on the backs weren't going to work anymore. I landed on these gloves that have more rubber protection on the back of the hands, and they're about perfect. I have short wide hands and they fit well with no flaps at the fingertips. They still allow pretty good dexterity and don't get much warmer inside than the other kind, and they do protect my hands much better, also protect better from the gloves getting soaked if I'm working with a hose. Note they don't stand up to thorns well, you WILL get poked and I don't know how that affects their being waterproof. I throw them in the washer after every work session, so they've now been washed around a dozen times and are still holding up well. Will definitely buy again.

No dirt under my fingernails!!

I have purchased dozens of gardening gloves. New pairs every year but these are by far the best ones I've ever owned! They are super comfortable & best of all NO dirt under my nails no matter how much digging in the soil I've done. I'm also not easy on gloves, sometimes forgoing tools to just dig with my hands but these have stood the test. The upper hand part is a cloth material, I'm assuming for breathability, but that makes them not overly water proof, which is the only downfall I've had with them. I've only had them for about 2 months this Summer but I would 100% buy them again.

They fit my (fairly large for a woman) hands well

I have longer fingers than most women and these gloves fit me perfectly. It's true they call them "medium" but they are actually "one size" but it's one size for WOMEN so it's not like buying giant men's gloves or anything. If you have petite ladies' hands they might be a bit big, but they're perfect for me. I'll be buying more. I also like that they are nylon rather than polyester. (I'm allergic to polyester.) Good thick coating on the gloves. And attractive bright colours you won't misplace in the garden!

Great Gardening Gloves

I ordered these in order to use them for gardening and I am very happy with my purchase. Easy to put on, easy to take off and clean. Also, the textured part by the fingers is great, not too thick and I can still easily grip gardening tools or do some digging in the soil, even when the soil is wet.

Better than local shops

Gloves are better than the ones I find in local shops. They are well-made and cover more area with a good plastic protection. Pretty colors, price is good.
