No more burger loss
Haven't used them yet, but they will be perfect for flipping burgers. I hate when a burger breaks and I lose half of it in the grill. This will prevent that.

It's a tong. It's a spatula. It's a turner. No, it's a super... combo tool!
This is a MUST-HAVE for your grill! read to find out why. WHAT I LIKE: [+] no need to have tongs and turner/spatula separately. this is two in one baby! [+] stainless steel - stay away from rubber or plastic tongs/spatula on a hot grill [+] lock/unlock feature like most tongs with hook on the back for easy hanging [+] soft and comfortable rubber grip handles [+] light and easy to close to grip food as a tong [+] same size spatula top and bottom [+] easy clean up [+] price. amazing high values for its price! WHAT I DON'T LIKE: [-] none. this is my go-to grill tool Do you need a spatula/turner to get sticky burger patty or steak off the grill grate? no problem. Do you need spatula to flip over the chickens or adjust the angle of your steak for that perfect cross grill marks? no problem. I purchased this from Amazon back in March 2015 and I still use this today every time I grill. I guess it lasted this long because it's stainless steel. I have separate grilling spatula and tong (see picture #2) but why bring both of them out for grilling when you can just have this one combined? You will not only save space but also grilling time because you don't have to fumble and switch between spatula and tong. Once you use this combo tool, you will not be able to go back to using two separate ones. I also have another tong/spatula combo tool but it has much smaller spatula on top (see picture #1), which makes it more difficult to grab the food since it has to be in the perfect center. I also found that this one is much lighter and easier to close to grip the food compared to other tongs and combo tool, which has stronger spring or something and sometime I have to use two hands to close the tong. If you grill often, like I do, just do yourself a favor and buy this and you will thank me. You're welcome! I hope this helps and if it did, please click on the helpful button below!

Bought for another use
I bought this as a disability aid, I am unable to pick up things from the floor. I had resorted to using a long turner, and tongs to pick up things, but then I thought what about something with two tongs? This was just the right thing, I can even pick up paper from the floor.

Bigger than you think
If you're a grown man with big man hands and working with racks of ribs consistently, you will probably love these. I got them for my boyfriend. I have small hands and make small items of food, so they're a bit unwieldy for me.

Flimsy
Bought to replace my old, not stainless steel, tongs. Must be careful not to lift anything very heavy. The paddles bend easily. They need stiffening ridges.

Absolutely IDEAL grilling tool to make the perfect cheeseburger
This tong/turner combination was, for me, the ultimate revolution in creating the perfect grilled cheeseburger - with no exaggeration. I had been getting into grilling cheeseburgers more and more in the past year, seeking to come up with a fool-proof method, particularly as it applies to the TIMING of: 1) flipping over the burger one time only; 2) getting the cheese onto the grilling patty at the proper time; and 3) getting the buns onto the grill for toasting. Timing was always dicey when I was using a conventional spatula-type burger flipper (Brinkmann brand) - it was tough to get the Brinkmann flipper to do a consistent job of neatly placing the burger or bun onto the grill. So basically, as I was trying to flip all the burgers, heat was lost and time was consumed by correcting sloppy flipping jobs. It's easy to lose your patience like that, and you still end up with an inferior cheeseburger. Not good. Well, the battle against chaotic burger and bun flipping has ended, thanks to the GrillPro 40240 tong/turner combination. The main thing the GrillPro has done is enable me to have perfect precision in flipping burgers and adding/removing buns from the grill. The precision allows me to maintain temperature by keeping the grill open for a brief flash of time, while I quickly flip the burgers over without having them fall over or get placed away from their proper location (as would typically occur with the typical flipper/spatula). The precision gained from using the GrillPro product allowed for all parts of the cheeseburger-making process to occur EXACTLY when they needed to, thus allowing for the perfect melting of the cheese, as well as the perfect toasting of the buns: no more excessively melted cheese dripping from the patty or charcoal "crackers" from burnt buns - it all comes out perfectly. As far as use as tongs, they are perfect for grasping relatively thick pieces of meat, such as burgers. They don't close so tightly like regular tongs, so I would not use them for grasping small or fine items from the grill. Otherwise, these are absolutely perfect for exclusive use as burger flippers - a must for every cheeseburger lover out there to make the perfect grilled cheeseburger. Highly recommended!

Perfect burger flipper
I have tried many utensils for burgers on the grill and this is perfect. My grill has the warming rack and it was hit or miss getting the burger flipped without it breaking or getting stuck between grates. Not a problem anymore. I love it.

Perfect
Been using for 1+ year, no complaints. Still springs open; latch works easily. No gummyness on handle. (I wash it by hand; no dishwasher.) No rust or discoloration. Works perfectly for flipping everything, no matter how delicate; it's the only BBQ tool we use.

As basic as basic can be
Perfectly fine product for me; just flipping burgers on sunny days and BBQ’ing when possible. The “tong” aspect is pretty useless (trying to pick up a hotdog is a relatively entertaining watch). Good “spatula”, pretty bad tongs

Decent tongs, but disappointingly weak spring
The tongs are nice but the spring is too weak. The stopper that keeps the tongs closed also moves to easily and activates accidentally.

Work like a charm!
Handy for the bbq, especially with burgers that might have a tendency to fall apart when flipping. I love them.

The only thing you would grab to bbq your food
Serves as a flipper and tongs. Best thing you will ever buy. I have two of them. Use them at the house and the trailer.
