5 Year Warranty through grillpro but the burner flex tubes failed after 15 months

GrillPro states that the thing is covered by a 5 year warranty but their 1800 number is steadily busy. Anyone else have any luck with a warranty replacement? The H burner is heavily rusted after 15 months of weekly grilling but the flextubes have failed and rusted away.

Not reliable

I usually change the burner every 2-3 years. This one didn't last even 8 months, using it 1-3 times per month. I don't recommend this burner. Right now I'm buying a new one and looking around noticed that I purchased this one in late April of 2022.

Not for actual use.

If you grill once a year. If you don't grill meat. If your grill stays indoors with a cover on it. If you have to clean spider webs off it before you use it. If "dressing down" means wearing leather shoes without socks. If you've never been down a dirt road. If your significant other has had plastic surgery. If BBQ means hot dogs and pre pattied hamburger... then this product is for you.

Saved my Grill

First of all it works, and it gives a nice even distribution of heat , and it allowed me to save my gas grill unit after the original burner crapped out,,, you should first measure the overall dimension, so you know it fits, as well as the distance from the burner to the gas valves.. Other than that , the mounting requires some thought as all grills are more or less different, From m picture , you can see i had to install 2 cross members to make the transition, it was pretty simple, Over all it works well and my final chore is adjusting the flame, which isn;t that far off using the factory settings,, I might not even bother with it, after all

Great Universal grill part

I have a Grill Master grill that is cast aluminum and stainless steel - everywhere except the burners. I replace these about every 2-3 years. They work great and fits my grill. Assembles in a few minutes with a phillips screwdriver and then I just stretch the flex tubing over the gas jets. Easy.

New life for old grill

It was not easy to find a replacement part for our 30+ year old Charm Glow double-burner grill. This one fit perfectly and was a better stainless steel replacement for the rusted out iron. Thrilled to find just the right product at just the right place — Amazon

Well made, sturdy, and easy to assemble.

The media could not be loaded. Instructions were clear, install and assembly went smoothly. Seems very well made. Works great. Cleaned my old gratings and heat plates quickly..that's the smoke in the vodeo, my empty grill after 45 secondsof heat.

Works well

Seems like a decent burner. Installed in my Fiesta 4000 bbq. Be careful not to over tighten screws as they strip easy if over tightened. Otherwise it was an easy installation and gives a pretty even flame all the way around. Would buy again if needed.

good hardware, solid unit

it's sturdy, wasn't too hard to install. it seems a bit small in my bbq. I live alone so I don't usually fill the whole grill... and it works great, but its smaller then the 18 inch. about 2 inchs smaller, according to my advance calculations

Just saved me from spending 500$ on a new BBQ :)

Not exactly like on the picture but works great, fits well in my standard BBQ, the heat is even everywhere. Maybe the spring retaining the gaz pipe is thin though. And don't expect the burner to stay chromy.. is gets dark right the first time you use them.
