What a bargin. I use it as a warming rack on my outdoor griddle.
Adjustable and easy to clean. I use this to keep items warm on my outdoor griddle. I fry up bacon, then let it rest on the rack while cooking up pancakes and eggs. Its perfect...and cheap! Cleaned right up.

Kinda Flimsy
Make sure this thing is solidly in place before putting food on it, the legs don't lock in place. First use, it collapse on top of my other food cooking underneath. The design is flawed, the legs should both lock down.

Great for making oven baked semi-hard taco shells without adding oil
I purchased this taco grill not for use with my outdoor grill but rather with my oven. I am using these to make semi-hard corn taco shells without any oil added. Due to health reasons, I had to cut way down on fats. I can have ground beef (provided I drain the fats off afterward) but I wanted to avoid anything other fats that didn't have to be there. I thought, and was correct, that this grill would be the answer to my needs for tacos. I put the grill on a small baking sheet as it is otherwise kind of odd to hold and even odder to place on the oven rack. The sheet holds it perfectly. My pictures show the progression of the shells. I pre-heat my oven to 375 and I “soften” my corn tortillas by putting four on a plate and putting them in the microwave for 15 seconds. If you skip this step, they may break in two when you put them in the holder. I discovered that store bought tortillas (Mission) have a definite side which bends more easily than the other. Be sure to bend it the easy way as doing it the other way makes for a shell that breaks at the crease. I place the tortillas in the holder and use aluminum foil to hold them open (otherwise they will collapse during baking.) I put them in the oven and then change the heat to 380. That brings the temperature back up after it falls when I open the door. I usually cook them for 7 minutes for semi-hard but check yours because of the differences in ovens and preferences in texture. I then place the shells on a plate and make more following the same directions. I reuse my foil during the cooking time but discard it afterward. While the shells are not crisp, they are firm enough to hold the taco together well and they work perfectly for someone like me, who has health issues or for someone who simply wants to cut down on fats.

Good grilling surface except for it falls over very easily
Exactly what the headline says. Does exactly what its designed to do and it expands as advertised. what the advertisement doesnt say is that if a small breeze comes through, it will cause one of the legs of the tray to fold in and your food goes flying

Works as described.
Decent quality. Not exactly what I waa looking for. Needed something for Blackstone. This gets the job done. But not as sturdy as I'd like. Easy to clean

It does the job but it's difficult to clean
I have a medium sized Big Green Egg that I use for smoking. The grill is 14 inches in diameter and can be tight if I need to do two racks of ribs. If I cut a normal rack of ribs in half, the resulting meat is too short to fit in a combination roast holder/rib rack. The reason the Cuisinart works is that it has the two metal supports that run the length of the rack. That adds support for the meat in the middle, not just the edges. Short racks of three to four ribs will be easily supported in this device allowing me to do at least two full racks of St. Louis cut or baby back ribs. The rack folds down for easy storage and is made from stainless steel. I spray the rack with an aerosol oil before I start cooking, then soak it in soapy water for an hour after a cook. I have used this rack with baby backs, and they're pretty jammed in the rack and a bit hard to get out when they need to be sauced or checked for doneness. As usual, my ribs came out as tender as can be, but when this rack is filled, I needed to make sure that the racks of ribs were separated enough to allow the smoke to fully saturate the meat. With this rack, they tend to flop into each other. ADDENDUM: After using this product a few times, I want to add that this is not an easy rack to clean. I've taken to soaking mine overnight to loosen all of the baked-on debris. Using a plastic mesh ball on this will pretty much pull the ball apart as it gets caught on the edges and ends of the rack, and it's easy to dislodge the moveable handles on the end which then have to be reinserted into the holder. Sadly, I'm still on the lookout for a rack I can use in my medium Big Green Egg.

Good concept but I was disappointed in 2 areas: Rack is not very steady on the grill. Cleanup is difficult, with nothing having been cooked on it. It's OK and I'm keeping it, but nothing special.

Works well as additional warming/smoking rack on my gas grill
Works well in my Napoleon gas grill to add space when smoking or indirect cooking. I only use one burner when indirect cooking or using a smoke tube. This rack allows me to put more meat on the cool side of the grill. The legs hook on well and the rack expands as needed. Sturdy enough to hold a rack of ribs. Would be perfect for my grill if the legs were 1/2inch longer but the small step from the back rack of the grill isn’t a big problem.

This taco rack is perfect for what I needed it for
This taco rack is perfect for what I needed it for. I prefer more authentic tacos - made with corn tortillas versus wheat (can't tolerate wheat). The corn tortillas taste 500% better when heated and slightly crispy. I use this rack to shape the tortillas, stuff them and then bake them so they are slightly crispy. Having a few of these would be great for hosting a party because it keeps them in place and looks a lot better than trying to get them to stand up on a plate. The rack has holes to keep the air flowing and I find the shells stay crisp for longer and don't get mushy.

Good sturdy warming rack.
Adjustable rack it has a nice smooth action. Good quality. I do have a concern that it may be difficult to clean with so many folding and sliding parts but love that is adjustable.

Great for a foldable model
Does the job, but if you don't need it to be foldable for saving space, I would get a model that does not fold, it is probably easier to clean. Also the ribs are very close to each other with this model, if you have big ribs and you fill the rack, they touch each other which could be an issue for cooking time and smoking.

Ok for a folding rack
These work fine for folding racks, but I don't really use them as much as I'd hoped; the spaces are just too close together, meaning that some larger racks or ribs won't fit in, and even smaller ones will be touching each-other. I'll keep them around for portability, but for everyday use I'd go with something larger.
