good waterproof seam tape
I am using this to waterproof a door threshold that has asphalt shingles lapped under it. The asphalt shingles cracked under foot traffic. So I am using this to lay over the asphalt and tuck under the metal door threshold to fix a water leak problem. (it's a storage space in a two story car garage, and this area gets rain water when it blows against the door.). what I had to do, to make this work is remove the top layer of sand embedded in the asphalt shingles so this tape will lay flat with no voids and all the edges will hold down. This was much cheaper to fix a problem that trying to replace the asphalt shinges (the previous owner glued them down). I used a 6 inch metal scraper to remove the surface sand in the asphalt under the shingles were flat. Then I applied this gorilla patch tape. For extra grab, I used a heat gun while rolling a 6 metal pipe (like a bread roller), starting from center and working out toward the edges. This really helped the adhesives lock into the asphalt. I expect this repair to fix a water leak that was going to eventually cause lots of problems with the framing under the door threshold. Not bad for less than 20 bucks. good stuff

Never be without it, spectacular!!!
I bought this over a year ago to fix a cracked foot platform on a mobility scooter. It had a big crack and you know that means big bucks $$$ for a fix. So I got looking on Amazon for a sticky patch and this popped up. I read the reviews and product description and ordered one not knowing if it would be any good or not. Honestly I had my doubts. It arrived and I got the scooter out and thoroughly cleaned it of all dirt, grease, crude, and made sure it was good and dry top side and underside. I knew this brand of tape was super sticky so I was sure to cut the exact size I needed. When I peeled the cover off the back of the tape I couldn’t believe how sticky it was. Like fly paper times 10. I carefully put it on the foot pad. I had to put another beside it because it was a large multiple crack. Rubbed it all in and hopped for the best. It has worked incredibly. The floor of the scooter is stronger than before and it has been used plenty here on the farm. Later I used it on the handle of my insta pot lid that I dropped and broke a big chunk off of. The broke piece was not reusable so I got the patch tape out and neatly covered the broken part on the handle. Rubbed it in and it cured it. I have ran it through the dishwasher like that at least 30 times and it is exactly like when I put it on. I will never be without this stuff so long as it’s available. Just make sure you thoroughly clean the thing your going to put it on and rub it on good. Don’t plan on getting it off. Put it in the right spot the first time. You try to take it off and you’ll have a fight on your hands. Try it, you’ll be glad you did.

Great Product
Had couple couple holes in my pond liner and very happy with the product so far. Most important as it was mentioned in other reviews. The grey side is the sticky part and has a clear lining and cannot be peeled by your finger and will need a knife with a sharp point to lift the clear part. Once I peel a very small portion, I would recommend laying it to the liner and then press and peel this way it doesn't bubble under it. If you peel the entire piece and misplace it in any way, you will not be able to remove it! Again it’s extremely sticky, works great and highly recommend it! Good Luck!

I used this to repair a hole in the plastic mainstage of my snowblower
I had a 1.5" - 3" hole in the main stage where the fast rubber blade grabs the snow and throws it out the chute. The hole let snow be thrown into the engine. IT LASTED THROUGH A HEAVY SPRING WET SNOW: NO EDGE LIFT! I used 300 grit sandpaper on the plastic, washed/rubbed the area with rubbing alcohol. Heated the plastic (not hot) with a heat gun Applied a piece of the tape, heated, pressed, heated, pressed about 3 times. Never getting it too hot. After a day of curing (24 hours) I brought the blower to the cold garage

Got a convertible?
Had a convertible with a hole and couldn't get a new one to replace it anytime soon. So when it would rain or snow and I'd step on the brake it'd leak into my interior amd caused electrical issues. Slapped this stuff on the spots and held up through rainstorms, blizzards. It's the real deal, highly recommend to fix a lot of things lol.

Great product
Used it in my salad bar and the ice when it melts doesn't leak all over my table now. The adhesion is terrific and it is definitely leak proof.

NOT 10 FT LENGTH FOR SURE..
I WANTED TO USE THIS TO BE PUT AROUND MY KITCHEN SINK. I GOT 2 ROLLS. BUT THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT 10 FT LONG. EVEN BOTH THE ROLLS INCLUDED ARE NOT TOTALLING TO 10 FT. I WAS BARELY ABLE TO STICK AROUND MY KITCHEN SINK EVEN AFTER USING BOTH THE ROLLS PROVIDED. THE ADHESIVE LOOKS DECENT. HAVE TO WAIT AND WATCH HOW LONG IT HOLDS AND HOW EFFECTIVE IS IT TO CUT LEAKAGE

Good but limited
On a dry tin roof this sticks extremely well and makes a strong water seal, but I tried to use it on a wet surface in a header tank it stated use underwater but it would not stick at all so it is limited in use

Great product. Really great adhesion.
This stuff works great. I have used it to waterproof truck windows, seal fabric on my ice tent and stop leaks on my aluminum boat. Once on- it is good on all weather. I have purchased over a dozen rolls- best stuff. Once on- it stays put.
