Great tape

I use this to clearly differentiate some items and the color really helps it to stand out for that. Tears off easily, no need for scissors. Though I do not use it for this, just a heads up that it is NOT good for any kind of writing on. So long as you don’t expect to do so, this product is great

It's red tape.

This is exactly what you'd expect: a roll of thin red duct-tape. It's sticky so it sticks to stuff.

It got my job done!

I needed it to repair a display case, it worked pretty good, but it is a vinyl and easily stretched. I would like to see the adhesion a bit stronger, but it got the job I needed it for done..

Great for many projects!

We love this tape. However, obviously if you try to re-tape an area, the adhesion is weakened. But, not a reason to pass this product by. We use it on certain packaging and to mark project boards in a grid pattern. The ideas for usage are limitless.

Exactly What I Needed

Pretty much useless

I needed something like duct tape--very sturdy, slightly stretchy, and really, really sticky--but much narrower than the 3" width that duct tape usually comes in. This sounded like just the thing...but it's not. I guess it's sturdy--not as thick as regular duct tape, but it appears durable enough. It's very stretchy. But I couldn't get it to stick to ANYTHING--not the wire I was trying to wrap it around, not even to itself. I gave up on this tape and ended up laboriously snipping off 1/2-inch slivers of duct tape from a big 3" roll. Other folks seem to have found uses for this stuff and gotten it to do the job, but I'm not sure I ever will. I can't really think of any good use for tape that just doesn't stick.

could be a little more sticky

I need red tape for my kids' school project. For that purpose it's very functional. However, you cannot reuse the tape at all. Once you stick it on someplace but decide to take it off for whatever reason, you cannot just stick that piece on again. There's not enough stickiness and it will soon thereafter peel off.

Not as tacky as real duct tape

Although the description says it’s made by the “duct tape” people, this particular tape doesn’t have the tac that you’re used to if you’ve used regular duct tape. It’s more similar to the low tac blue masking tape. Still useable around the house but not as much as if it had more “stick” to it.
