Best tape out there

I came to Amazon because all I can get at retail stores is the tape with the dispenser included. How many dispensers do I need? Not 4! Now I can resume them and get the tape I want at a better price.

Been using daily for years

This tape is heavy duty with great adhesion. I use a cheaper brand for shipping packages; I use this gorilla tape primarily to protect / cover anything that I write on plastic, metal or any surface that’s handled regularly or subject to smudging (e.g., labeling / dating spray bottles, containers, chemicals…practically everything). It doesn’t bubble, turn yellow, or start to peel off — seemingly EVER. I purchased these to replace my current roll, which lasts over a year. These particular refills I keep in a ziplock bag stored in a utility closet in my kitchen. They shelf life exceeds 5 years stored this way. This stuff is like coffee — it MUST always be in stock at my house. No I didn’t get paid for this review. Note: IF I was forced to say anything negative, it would be that it has a slight learning curve to use resourcefully, as it is very thick & extremely tacky. If it sticks to itself, go ahead & cut it from the roll.

Best tape on the market

Starting using gorilla tape several years ago and won't purchase any other kind now. It's thick, sticks well, and doesn't come lose. Make sure to purchase a dispenser for it.

Helped for a major move

The tape was a life saver because it's more durable than other brands We had a major move with movers and the tape was easy to use.. the edges didn't "disappear" making it hard to find. The boxes held.

Like this vs competitors

I've grown to like this tape, and get frustrated when I run out, so I bought two rolls. It's good tape, and prefer using this. I sell a lot of things online. I find it's easy to find and peel the edges with your fingernails without it ripping.

The Best!

I’ve been purchasing this tape continuously for 4 years now. I use it when mailing my products out to customers. It’s the best packing tape I’ve ever used. All Gorilla brand products work amazingly well. I will continue to use this tape & I recommend it highly.

Expensive but worth it

Sticks everything well first time, you use less of it than normal tape so not as expensive as it seems. Many uses beyond just packing.

This is not the same tape that comes with the dispenser

I ordered this tape thinking it was the same tape I had with the dispenser.... it is NOT!! It isnt well adhesived and barely sticks!! I've wasted 14 quid!! Its certainly isn't the stuff I've been using although is the same label!!

One small issue

The tape is great. So easy to use, BUT does it has one small fault that it does SOMETIMES not run straight and leaves a tail. Which wastes tape while you try and get the tape even ended again.

Strong and clear

I like it. I've gone through several different tape brands and this one takes the cake. The tape is very wide, several layers thick, not flimsy or hard to handle, and completely clear and see-threw. The only minor thing is that is when unraveling, it gives off a slight chemical smell. My new go to packaging tape.
