Get dem kiddos on the lake

I recently purchased this to help a 2 year old get comfortable around open water, paddling, and large water fowl. Boy did it work! She loved it!!! Best of all it was so realistic, it attracted ducklings to follow us around the lake and back to the house. We now are raising a flock in our bathtub. Excellent purchase:)

Didn’t love it

The shark made it impossible to use. My little girl made it super hard to balance and sit on. We used it once and tossed it. *i guess we could have done something wrong. But I spent too much time on setting it up for how bad it sucked

Not easy to inflate

This is cute and works well for my toddler. But it’s hard to inflate and doesn’t deflate easily either.

Super cute!!

I bought this as a fun incentive for my son to want to want to ride along in my new stand up Hobie peddle board. I took a chance because I wasn’t sure if it would work with the peddles in the middle of the board. The strap down the middle doesn’t work right with my board, but my husband rigged the straps on each piece so it still works, just not as easily or quickly. My son thinks its pretty cool and so does everyone else that sees it. I’m sure it’s even better and easier to install on a regular stand up paddle board, so i give it 5 stars!

It would have been perfect but it has a hole in it

This made me smile as soon as I blew it up but then 5 min later the head was deflating! I’m going paddle boarding in 3 days and I’m sure I get the replacement in time

Bad quality, save your money

*updated* I’m giving two more stars because seller sent me a new product without me even contacting them!! Talk about customer service. This time the item was great, it gets a lot of attention from the other people at the lake and everyone loved it including my child. Why not 5 stars? 1. I still think is very expensive for what it is, it will tear at some point... is plastic so is expected for an inflatable 2. My child went to the water because the seat moves (not 100% stable) so is not safe unless your child knows how to swim and/or has a life vest. Do not buy, yes it is cute but is horrible quality, see the picture for 50 bucks I expected something that doesn’t tear when you are just inflating it to use it....

Great idea but doesn’t stay inflated

As far as how this looks on my board and the attention that I get this is fabulous! However my 1st one lasted for two uses and then the unicorn wouldn’t hold air. They sent a replacement right away and the 2nd one didn’t even hold air. Great to buy, blow up, and take pics. It’s more just a one or two time use because the unicorn head doesn’t hold air. I have the shark as well and that one holds air perfectly! I have the swam and that I’ve had problems with as well! Definitely worth it though for the pics... just not long lasting.

cute but totally not functional even with slight breeze

I got my first paddle board recently and I thought my eight year daughter would love this unicorn seat and I could paddle with her sitting on it. What you may like 1. Inflation, deflation is fast with a boston valve type 2. The material thickness is okay and it keeps air for the few hours you will be in the water, but will have to be topped up each day. 3. The seat is comfortable and can seat an adult if your butt isn't too big, but great for kids and stays mostly in place as long as you install it correctly and tightly. What you may not like 1. The inflatables act like sails and even with a slight breeze it makes it really difficult to direct your paddle board. This is a pretty big issue for me which is why I am returning it. I realized that my daughter ultimately didn't care and she was just happy to sit right on the paddle board.

Fun novelty item but Beware!

Fun add on to paddle boards. But a couple of flaws that you should be aware of before buying: 1. The straps can be a bit confusing to figure out how to attach to the paddle board. It can be done but not the most intuitive design. 2. The rear "seat" is pretty much just for show. Not really stable for sitting. 3. If paddling in the presence of any sort of wind or breeze, this thing will act like a freakin sail!

Kid Loved It Once

We set it up once. My son loved it but while I was paddling, that front piece kept getting in the way of my paddle. The cords are nice and long, and the seat is quite secure when done right. Happy with the purchase but likely won't use it again.

Very well designed and adaptable to a variety of SUP fastener configurations

The shark is a lot of fun. The seat part definitely isn't just for children. One could hang out on the water all day relaxing in that seat reading a good book! The customer service was outstanding. I received the package over the Labour Day weekend. I had a question about the valves on the seat and sent an e-mail over that weekend, not expecting to hear back until after the holiday. The response came back in about two hours. I was all set an able to complete the set up right away. 'Very nice service experience in these challenging times, and over a holiday weekend! Thanks Stand Up Floats!

Disappointed ????

I was really looking forward to this product and had bought 2 . Thinking it was the whole thing but it’s only the seats so I had to return and lost money from doing so. ????
