Mizuno is one of my go-tos

Got hit 4 times in my first game back and knew I needed to get an elbow guard. I never bothered with an elbow guard but decided to once I knew my body didn't recover as quickly as I did when I was younger. I didn't want any injuries if I knew this could prevent them. So far, everytime I've been hit in the elbow, nothing! This elbow guard is thick and strong! It's easy to put on and feels indestructible. Its a hard plastic material, no metal like evo shields. But it gets the job done and I don't have to worry about a ball to the elbow keeping me from playing.

Too Big, Constricted on my swing.

I'm tall and average weight and this was too big on me and constricted my swing. I gave it to my brother who loves it but as a softball player I wasn't a huge fan. I feel like if I would fracture my elbow again from a pitch that this wouldn't protect it because it moved a lot. My brother though feels differently. If I would order this again I would definitely do the kids size. I'm 5"7 and 130 lbs and I would have liked a smaller size.

Perhaps user error

My son has not been able to use this product as intended, the strap keeps separating and falls off and renders this protection unusable for him.

Good choice for the price

Not easy to install like the evoshield but once you figure out, this protector is amazing. For 35$ the price is good for that quality. I preferred the old mizuno protector tho for high school and college player, the one that they sell in japan for 85$.
