Concerned about possible product change.
I have used Goldwell Rich Repair products for at least 8 years, they are rich, thick and fragrant. I've lived 25 years in Germany and purchased from Amazon.de. Since moving back to the USA I’ve bought the shampoo & serum, both 5 star quality. However, the conditioner that I purchased recently through Amazon.com was thin and odorless - note also that the font on the bottle was also different from the purchases from Amazon.de. I’m concerned I received a counterfeit product.

Possible fake product
I purchased this conditioner online as I usually buy it through my hairdresser, but as I am self isolating while my mum undergoes chemotherapy I haven't been able to go out. The product seems runnier the salon product I'm used to, and you need about double the amount as you would usually use, to achieve about 80% of the same result. That being said, it's a decent price for the amount of product you get, and you can achieve a decent result if you slather it on, so it's not wholly negative.

One of best conditioners I have ever used. Leaves hair shiny and silky smooth. Great for chemically treated hair. I recommend it to everyone.

Not the same product
This is very watery and not the usual thick conditioner I usually receive. Has no affect on my hair. The cheap £1 conditioner leaves my hair in better condition than this. Avoid!
