easy enough to put together

Shipped fast , easy enough to put together , no damage like the other reviews . Individually it seems weakish but once together it seems fine . I used lag bolts and it seems to be fine . The door gaps are a little off ( me Being super picky ) so that’s the only reason why not 5 stars

Descent quality but bad wall mounting accommodation

If you follow the recommended use of the wall mounting rail system it won’t sit flush , even when using one on the bottom as well. It only comes with one rail mount. If it came with two then the rail mount system would probably be okay. I just ended up screwing the cabinet directly into the stud to secure it.

They almost did it right, but they didn't.

These cabinets were made to be sold. They were clearly made for easy assembly. The fasteners were fine. The finish work is excellent. The packaging is superb. The instructions are reasonably clear (assuming you know that they mean a button head screw when they say "hex head"). Everything fits together perfectly, until... The doors don't close flush by almost an eighth of an inch, and it is clearly a design problem. One cannot open the doors independently: Open the left side and the right side must as well. The screws on the magnetic latches were stripped, so they won't last long. With the meagnets contacting against the stiffener in the middle of the door, they have so little leverage to keep them closed, there is NO WAY these latches would retain the contents in even a mild earthquake. But then, given that these only hang by gravity on the supposedly cool extruded mounting system, they're probably coming down entirely. Worse, these cabinets were made to be sold. They were designed for assembly. They were not designed for users. The top shelf notch location is such that one barely can't get a quart can inside on that top shelf. The way the shelves space out, one ends up with considerable wasted volume. Nobody will ever use the bottom notches. They need to rethink the spacing. I understand that these are low-budget homeowner grade cabinets, but with the high ratings other Gladiator cabinets receive here on Amazon, frankly, I expected better.
