Good but fits larger than expected

I've had this for about a week and it seems to work pretty well. However, the size chart doesn't seem very accurate, at least for women's feet. I measured my ankle at exactly 10 inches and ordered the large. I was honestly surprised that I'd need a large because while I wear a larger women's shoe size (9.5), my feet are obviously still a lot smaller than many men's and this piece is unisex. And as it turns out, it's a little big. The "sock" part that doesn't wrap around is just tight enough to not be loose, but doesn't provide any real compression. However, it does fit, and because it wraps around I can make it as tight as I need to around my ankle. I sprained my ankle about 5 weeks ago (moderate sprain - enough to need PT) and while I'm supposed to be wearing a lace-up brace all the time, I can't fit that into a lot of my shoes, and sometimes I can't get away with wearing sneakers. For just walking around it is doing a good enough job and keeps my ankle a little more stable. I'm going on vacation to the beach soon and plan to wear this walking to and from so I don't have to deal with the lace-up brace. Hopefully it will keep my ankle stable enough in the sand!

Large feels too large

I followed the size guideline and got a large but it does feel a bit big around my foot. The wrap around the ankle is good, it feels stable. I may order in a medium to see if I can get a better fit but this one will serve the purpose. Overall well made.

The ONLY Foot Wrap You Need

I bought a few off of Amazon when I twisted my ankle and this was the top performer. It combines an ACE-like ankle sleeve and then has a wrap-around piece that you can make as tight or as loose as possible. I wore this with a compression sock first, and it really did its job all day. As you can see my sprain was pretty bad, but this Futuro wrap really helped out with the pain and swelling once I put it on. If you are on the fence, get this brand. I ordered a large, and my foot is a 13 EE.

decent product but not new

The product was clearly returned from a prior purchaser ...not wrapped and box ripped open! I will be keeping it but not pleased with presentation especially at full "new" price

Mostly good

Mostly worked as advertised. But there is a stiff layer to the end of the wrap around length and you need to be careful how that’s placed to avoid chafing.

Love that it is adjustable

Love this wrap! I could possibly be the most accident prone person on the planet. If its possible to hurt myself doing something, I will. I bought this wrap for support after spraining my ankle jogging. It works great to "hold it all together." I have a problem with my other ankle "rolling" after a couple of good sprains to it. The wrap can be used on either foot, which is nice (not that it matters, because I actually have 2) as well as adjustable which allows for swelling. This is probably the most comfortable wrap I have ever used.... and I have a drawer full of them. I wear this under my sock all day as my job as a flight attendant keeps me on my feet for hours at a time. Also holds up well in the wash.

Too tight..NO RETURNS!!

I still needed some support six months after ankle/ Achilles’ tendon surgery.. ordered this, but even the XL too tight.. and not returnable.. don’t waste your money, look elsewhere.

Ankle support and stability

I crushed/broke my ankle (right trimalleolar fracture) in November and was non-ambulatory for 13 weeks. When I began physical therapy, I found it quite challenging, not to mention the pain and swelling I had with regard to the instability of my ankle. My physical recommended this product. I purchased it in January and have used it every day since. I have much less pain and swelling as this device provides my ankle with stability and support. It actually feels good when I'm wearing it. I've had such a decrease in swelling that I recently purchased two in the smaller size.

I was made aware of these great supports on a recent trip to California & whilst they haven't "cured" my Plantar Fasciitis problem, they have provided great under arch & (front of) heel support, which enabled me to return to competitive tennis immediately. My PF has not not yet completely gone away, but by using these supports I've managed to win 2 Seniors singles tournaments & been a finalist in another ...... & I couldn't have done that without these supports!!

Excelente calidad de los materiales y buen diseño

El fabricante es 3M considero de los mejores para cualquier material ortopédico e incluso quirúrgico. Tengo un esguince, en una semana disminuyó mucho la inflamación, Camino más de 4 km diarios. Proporciona soporte con un material suave y muy cómodo pero a la vez resistente, solamente utilizándolo creo es posible entender, nunca había comprado una tobillera elástica tan cómoda y con tan buen soporte. La lavé con shampoo para cabello y seque metiiendo una toalla. Si mi comentario te resulta útil por favor hazlo saber, entre los mismo compradores nos ayudamos a elegir los productos que algunas veces compramos a ciegas. Remedio para desinflamar pies cansados. Si necesitas desinflamar más puedes hacer un té de árnica y 1/4 de taza de sal de grano por 5 litros de agua tibia y sumergir ahí el pie. Le puse también gotas de esencia de menta lavanda y romero.
