Easy and simple
This desk was super easy to put together. My 9 year old helped but did most of it!! It’s smaller than I thought but Still perfect for my son to do homework on. It’s a little wobbly on carpet so I will have to secure it to the wall somehow.

Alternative use
This piece is an amazing plant stand which is what I was hoping for. I think it’d be flimsy as an actual desk. The price was super reasonable and relatively easy to assemble. I did end up attaching the small shelf on the right backwards but it suits my needs.

How to love your new desk...
Here is my review/suggestions.... I am a composer/musician/artist/mosaicist and work from home - basically a work-station for each discipline. Purchased two of these to clear up space in my livingroom. 27$ - so I purchased two. This is NOT a product to be all gung-ho in assembling. Make some tea/coffee/other beverage, relax, put on some music, and enjoy the journey of assembly, while getting to know the new addition to your flat. Things to consider - 1 - Not Tiffany quality, but if put together with some extra love, it will last awhile. 2 - Gorilla Glue, wood glue version. This is optional, but recommended. GLUE EVERYTHING! From the screws to the joints NOTE - this will render your product moot for return and disassembly. But, it will be sturdier to some degree since this is particle board. 3 - Cats. If you have them, either put them away while you assemble or accept that they will want to 'help'. Be aware there are tiny things they might eat or play with and lose, and it comes with styrofoam (which I don't understand why they still use - it's just harmful to everything) 4 - Surfaces. This scratches easily and I have cement floors. Put a towel down or do this on carpet to avoid scratches. Make sure whatever you decide, it's as level/flat as possible. 5 - Power Drill. Be seriously carefull with this. Use one, yes, but short, light, bursts, as this is particle board and will rip apart easily. 6 - Cleaning. Soft towel and Windex or other light cleaner works well. Don't be aggressive as it scratches easily. The instructions are... ok. Do a mock run before final assembly, especially if you opt to use glue. When gluing joints and whatnot, have a heavy object near to place on top while you allow the glue to dry a bit before continuing. The pieces are marked with LETTERS in RED, however, kind of hard to read. But at least they are there. Also which direction they go can also be kind of vague. Some of the diagrams are not accurate. I have included a photo one. The LARGER rods go on the btm and the SMALLER ones on top. The TOP caps you kind of have to just keep turning, even when flat to the shelf, until it can't turn any further. If you opt to use glue - wait a few hours before using it to make sure the glue has dried/sealed. This desk can ONLY be assembled in one direction - shelves only on the one side. I purchased two and am just going to turn the other one around - or you can be reckless and free and drill new holes, going against the conformity of the directions. You Go Rockstar! (You will run the risk of destroying your new desk). It's shallow - as in from what is deemed the front to the back. 15.5". Enough for a monitor and keyboard (there is NO keyboard pull-out shelf). But not much else. All depending on the size of keyboard/monitor you have. A standard/typical desktop hard drive will fit on the lower shelf. And JUST that - depending on its weight. Again - particle board, not quite that strong. Portable hard drives and what not are perfect for the upper shelf. Photos, nicknacks, and whatnot are perfect for the top shelf - however, if you have cats, they will just be invitations to knock off. Fair warning. This desk is OPEN - as in there are NO extra holes for cords. Again, you can drill new ones yourself but you run the risk of destroying your desk. It's compact - very compact. It can fit most places in a flat - like a tiny car can fit in random/odd spaces. But pretty much just a computer/laptop station. This is NOT a desk for someone who likes to spread out while they work - hence, I purchased two. There ya go, these are just my thoughts/suggestions. It's a good desk. It works. Don't be rough with it, and it will last. Go Forth and Create!

It's really nice. Just pay attention to the holes when assembling, I put on a couple backwards and didn't notice until I had to take them off. Otherwise really nice for small spaces

Does what we needed it to
We're in the process of moving, and my wife needed a small desk since right now we're in a small rental house. Found this one on sale for $32. It works for its purpose. The particle board pieces are extremely thin. This is not the piece of furniture you'll have in 10 years. Anyone that paid the list price of $75 got ripped off. It's stable, pretty well balanced, and functional for a Surface table or a small laptop. Assembly was easy, although I put the 'footboard' on backward. The box it arrived in was different from the original packaging. It was a nondescript box, too large for the contents. No packing material. Everything just slid around inside. All the parts were there, and the screws, cam screws, dowels, etc., came in a Great Value zip lock bag. There were a few scratches, nothing obvious unless you looked close on the top. For $32 it's worth it.

Not easy to assemble by yourself and not very sturdy.
First off, very difficult to put together by yourself. Though the instructions were easy to follow, you just need more than two hands. Don't try to take the lettered stickers off, you will take off the finish. There were quite a few scratches and dings, but my daughter doesn't seem to mind. It's small enough to fit in a small bedroom. It's not quite sturdy and it wobbles, though we have carpet, I still found it wobbly on hardwood floors. My daughter likes it, so that's what matters. Not a bad little desk for the price.

Good Desk but......
Bought this desk a year ago and the desk itself is pretty good. It is very easy to assemble and works great for small spaces however the sturdiness could be improved. It wobbles on a carpeted surface, may be sturdier on hardwood. It does scratch easy and it seems that a mouse will rub the paint off with out some sort of mouse pad. I do recommend this desk however I would not buy it here as it is listed for $119 when you can get the exact desk at Walmart for $43 at full price

Good for small spaces, not build for heavy set-up
I bought this for working from home (I was previously installed on the couch so I needed a desk) but I had a small space in my living room. The desk is perfect for that small space between the wall and the TV. I think it would be perfect to work with a laptop. However, with the screen, keyboard, laptop I use as a second screen...It's a lot for this lil buddy to support lol I cannot use this desk at all to propulse my chair back, or the desk just fall on the wall behind. It happened a couple of time ; I could just knock it with my knees and the desk would fly in the wall. My set-up may be too heavy for it. For occasional usage it would be perfect, but working 8 hours a day...It's not that comfortable. The desk isnt wide enough to rest my arms on it. The pros : - Perfect for small space - ideal for a laptop stand with plenty additional storage on the side - PC also fits perfectly on the side - Relatively easy to assemble even if one part was assembled backward The cons : - Very flimsy -Not supporting heavy set-up - The paint came out under my computer mouse after like, a week (my fault for not using a mousepad I guess BUT I don't have much space for it) It does the job for now, but I will look for a sturdier model in time, since it looks like working-from-home will be a thing for quite a while !

It's good enough for its purpose
This is a desk that my brother uses for his monitor and study. It is a small desk and fits perfectly in his room. The assembly was straightforward with clear instructions and pictures. The desk looks nice in his room. The drawers are made out of cloth which I didn't like but it will do the job. I don't really like the quality of the desk but it was pretty cheap for a desk so maybe that explains it.
