Fleece top fell apart… update
UPDATE: company sent a warranty free replacement cover only to California- they sent 2 of the wrong size & they didn’t reply when I asked for a return mailing label ( to return the incorrect size covers that were sent) AND I had to pay forwarding shipping to Hawai’i for all three covers. The correct size was finally sent on the third time. Tried to return the entire Jumbo Plus dog bed after the difficulty on getting a replacement cover but my 11.5 year old 94 pound Golden mix dog LOVED that bed so much - she had an anxiety attack when I took the bed away LOL Don’t laugh but when the cover on the first bed I ordered failed I ordered a second identical bed with a different style cover AND now my beautiful b=fur ball likes to sleep half on one bed and half on the other….couldn’t return that one either & now I have two of the same Jumbo Plus cooling memory foam bed!! As long as my babygirl is happy ???? Original 3 star review that I have changed after finally getting customer service from FurHaven…. I have been using there’s a couple weeks and the fleece top has been ‘shedding’ pieces of fleece since it came out of the box & it’s threadbare in a few places already after only two weeks. My dogs did not chew on it or dig at it. Just spoke with FurHaven customer, they suggested getting the fleece and suede cover instead. It holds up much better, and it does not have shedding issues. And they will warranty replace this cover with the That one - if anyone else bought one and is having pilling/shedding issues with their cover . I contacted the company for an in warranty replacement of the dog bed cover . This was their response : “ Our company is unfortunately not currently able to honor our warranty for customers living outside the contiguous US at this time, our deepest apologies” If you live outside of the contiguous US… like in Hawai’i- Beware they will not ship replacement parts under warranty. Update: to date they have replaced the faulty, cover two times with an incorrect sized one. Both times I had to pay to forward it to Hawaii from California. Impossible customer service.

Very Nice and Big!
I put 5 stars that the beds were chew proof but our dogs don't chew on their beds...they chew on everything else it seems. I thought I needed the biggest orthopedic bed I could find for our German Shepherd cross. I thought the egg crate would be spongy and flatten out after a week but they're just as thick and firm as the day they fully inflated. I wish I would have talked to someone about the size of the beds because I overestimated the size of our bigger dog and the smaller dog could have been happy with a bed half the size. Did I think to send them back? Well, no. I knew I couldn't because I'd never get them back in the box they were shipped in! Besides, the instant they were in place on the floor, both dogs claimed their beds and that was that. Great product...excellent construction. I'm satisfied that the dogs no longer get on the people beds.

Weird sizing but nice overall
I bought this bed in the jumbo plus size to replace a similar bed (L-shaped bolsters) in the jumbo size from the same manufacturer. The bed is for my 75-lb boxer who likes to stretch out when he sleeps. The jumbo was way too small for him to sleep comfortably, though he did fit. The next size up, the jumbo plus, is almost comically big. The sizing of these beds is odd. There's a relatively small increase from the large to the jumbo and a giant increase from the jumbo to the jumbo plus (see photo). It'd be great if they could make a size in between, but my dog is comfortable so I'm not complaining. He is pretty picky about his beds and he loves this one. The color is not true to the picture. It's more of a dark gray than brown. It also had a weird, fishy smell when unboxed that was pretty strong but it has started to dissipate. I didn't see this mentioned in other reviews, so just a heads up. The smell didn't seem to bother my dog because laid right down on the bed. Took off one star because of the smell and color.

My dog loves it!
Our dog likes to always be close by so I was having to move her dog bed to and from my office from my bedroom everyday so I bought her this and I can tell she loves it! I left both of her dog beds next to each other for the first week to see one which she would she likes more and she always just this one over her other one. I even catch her in my office at night in the dark laying on it so I would say I recommend it for sure

My dog is a 205 pond dog so finding beds big enough for him is difficult. He loves this bed, he used to sleep in different places all around the house (he had another bed before). Now he pretty much only sleeps on his bed.

Thinking of buyin another one of these dog beds because I currently have three dogs at my house and all three love this bed. The jumbo-x-large bed is big enough for all three. But, when my golden retriever is able to access alone, she is able to fully stretch out.

Great dog bed!
I was Leary buying this dog bed, but it's a great bed. It's comfortable! I tried it out myself! I recommend ordering a second cover so you can take one off to wash and put a clean one on. I did this and it is great! My dogs love it! I have 4 big dogs and often two will lay in it together, with plenty of room.

Jumbo Plus is perfect for my 60 kg Akita. Love the Bed !
As you can see this bed for my oldest Akita is a big hit ! My other 3 dogs - AND a friend tried it first. It was expensive for shipping from US to UK but the quality and comfort is exactly what I was hoping for and I know it will last Isaac for a good few years. We are moving to Spain in 6 weeks and he will be comfy and cool on the journey as well as when we live there. Thank You !

Jumbo=REALLY REALLY big. ????????
Got the jumbo, cause I have a Labrador Retriever. And the German Shepherd on the display made it look slightly smaller than jumbo, but this thing is MASSIVE! It could easily for two of my 75lb Labs on it. Came pretty jam packed, so hopefully it fluffs up like displayed and advised after 48 hours, in which case, I’ll change this rating to a 5 star. ???????? EDIT: It fluffed up nicely and he loves it!

Our sweet little pup, Dixie, fell in love with this the moment she saw it. I threw the cover in the washer and dryer upon arrival (so it would smell familiar to her), and as soon as I stuffed the easy-to-stuff pillow and support tube-pillow back in, Dixie was eager to claim this awesome bed as her own. Soft, fluffy, and well made. 100% recommend! DIXIE: “Um, mom. What’s this?” ME: “A new sofa, just for you.” DIXIE: “For meeeeee?” ME: “Yup. It matches our brown sofa.” DIXIE: “I better sniff it and check it out.” ME: “Okee dokee.” DIXIE: “Smells good. It’s squishy. I like it.” ME: “Yay! So you wanna keep it?” DIXIE: ✨???? “Hmmm? THIS IS A WINNER FOR MY LITTLE DOG❤️
My little dog does not like dog beds I have tried several, however I ordered this dog bed in a size jumbo (she is 29 pound boarder collie mix) she loves to stretch out when she sleeps-takes half my bed so I figured it was time to order her -her very own king size bed and she took to it as soon as I took it out of the box, she speedily ran to it and laid on it. She loves this bed as it is very comfortable for her. The cushioning around the outer edges could be made better but is fine for my little dog, would probably lose shape quickly if a sixty pound dog was lying it’s head on it though. My dog loves to lie her head over the edges of this bed, she is a very content little princess now. Shipping only took 3 days to British Columbia! I highly recommend this bed it is comfy!

Awesome bed for a Doberman
Our dog will not leave this bed alone. We have a 80lb Doberman who uses every square inch of the bed. She completely ignores her living room bed even when she can't get to this one (bedroom door is closed because of a senile cat). Removed one star because the fabric is really thin, I don't know how well it will fare with machine washing. But after 2 months of daily use it is holding up well this far.
