Best poop bags!
I currently have two dogs, but have had dogs all my life. These bags are sturdy. While scooping, I've rarely had one that ripped or had my fingernail tore through it. Will purchase these as long as I can find them. Several stores push their own brand, but have found those to be cheaper quality. I'm a reduce, reuse, recycler, but draw the line when it comes to scooping the poop. These bags are great.

12" BAG TOO SHORT
These bags are sturdy enough, but for my 45 lb. SP they are about 2" too short for "comfortable" and "safe" poop pick-up. They may be great for a smaller person with a smaller dog, but I'll go back to the 14" bags that I had before.

Our favorite poop bag brand!
My husband and I really like this brand, it is thick material and resistant, compared to other brands when it feels like you’re getting your hands dirty because it’s too thin.

No more poopy shoes!
I know it's ridiculous to rate a poop bag as a 5. But this product earns it. We've always used OUT! brand in black plastic. The store I'd purchased from before stopped carrying this brand. I couldn't find the brand in any of the regular places to shop. I tried several other brands and did not like them. The problem....the others just didn't tear off well. Some were worse than others but none had the ease of tearing that OUT! had. You don't want to be reduced to trying to tear off a poop bag by using your teeth after your dog performs. People in the park find this behavior worrisome. And sometimes when you'd finally free the bag from the poorly serrated roll, it would tear out the bottom. If you didn't notice the damage and you scoop and the results fall out onto your shoe, it leads to cussing while in the park, which in some counties is illegal. I called the manufacturer and found out the black bags were discontinued by the company. Since the other brands I'd tried all were in colors, I was concerned about trying these thinking it was the type of plastic that caused the problems. The company assured me they were made by the same folks who made their black ones. So I tried. I was delighted when they arrived and indeed these tear off as easily as the black ones did. This plastic is definitely thinner than the previous black, but they work fine. I immediately placed another order of 6 packages (in order to avoid shipping charge). Very good product. I've never pulled off a bag with a defective bottom. Some other brands had at least 2 defective ones on each roll.

My favorite poo bags so far
I've tried several brands. They always come in a roll. SO MANY are hard to open (the role itself, not the individual bags) They always have some kind of sticker that's impossible to remove, so you end up tearing the first couple bags on each roll. These OUT! bags are the only ones I've found that have a role that's easy to open. Also, the perforations between each bag are well done, so them come apart easily on a walk. Cheaper quality bags tend to tear when you try to separate them.The bags themselves are not hard to open either. These are a decent thickness. I've have never once had one rip or tear. Having multiple colors is kind of nice. They are opaque but you can still see through. I mean, you can tell there's a poo in there, but can't see any graphic details - LOL! And they do NOT have a scent, which I really appreciate. There is nothing worse than having to finish a walk with a mixture of cheap bathroom cleaner scent mixed with dog poo wafting behind you! x-D Update April 2020 - I didn't see that this listing was updated to the scented bags when I reordered. The fragrance is awful!! Strong, chemical flowery smell. Nasty. Avoid the "breeze" bags!

New is not always improved...
I buy these on subscription - every two months - and I started buying these when the cheap ones I used to buy at the dollar store were not sealed at the bottom (kind of a critical feature!). I just received my latest shipment and the product had/has changed - now they aren't just "OUT!" bags, they are "OUT! Petcare" bags, with "Breeza odor eliminating technology." Not a fan. This "Breeza" scent is nothing at all like, say, a spring breeze (kind of what I thought they were going with, by the copyrighted name and all). No. I must say that - with all due respect to Great-Grandmas everywhere - these bags smell strongly of your Great-Grandma's hand lotion. Again, not a fan. So now, instead of the (expected) unpleasant odor I've normally dealt with as a dog owner, I have TWO unpleasant scents on my walks. I'm not writing this review to be obnoxiously negative - but to give potential buyers a heads-up, and also in the hopes that the manufacturer might see this and mark it down as a "No" vote on the scent. If Amazon is listening, and this was an accidental substitute, and the "original" bags I subscribed to are still being made, please send me the originals from now on, thanks...

The dog waste bag brand I am loving right now!
When I first adopted my dog in late 2008, I used Bags on Board brand bags because they were the primary brand available at our local pet supply store. Then, at some point, those were reinvented as to be so ridiculously thin that I could not get them OPEN to use them. Later I tried several other brands and really loved DogBag.com brand bags. Eventually, those became difficult to find. On my most recent forays on the Internet trying to find another brand of waste bag I can rely on, I discovered OUT! bags. These are not as thick and easy to open as the original bags I used in the beginning, but they are the best thing I have used in some time. I have a bit of issue sometimes in being able to find them consistently enough, but not as much lately. One thing I love about this brand is that they are unscented. Sure, a lot of people WANT scented bags in order to try to cover up the smell of the dog poo. I, however, am very fragrance sensitive and some of the scented bags were simply too perfumey for me. I also love that you can get OUT! bags in rainbow colors or in all one color, as suits your mood/needs. These bags fit a hard-sided dog bag container that I already had on hand, and work very well with it. All in all, I am loving OUT! bags. Perhaps not quite AS much as I once loved DogBag, but pretty darned close.

My preferred go to!
I have been using Out Poo bags for a long time. I used to buy them from the local garden centre, but as with all things after a few years they stopped selling them, so now get them online. There are a number of reasons I like these bags, one is that there is writing on them, if you can read the writing it is the correct way up and you can open it. The other is they are easier to open than others brands I have tried. If there is one a little stickier to open wetting your fingers works well. Why other brands don’t put writing on I will never know, although I presume it is down to cost. I must say though I do miss watching my husband struggle to open a poo bag as he doesn’t know which end is which!

Good, but fiddly to open..
Generally quite good, but I have cancelled the subscription for it as too fiddly when trying to get the bag/s open when your dog has finished and now wants to get on with the walk - the first few times I struggled so much that I presumed it was just a sheet and gave up.. Have found that it is better to prep by starting to open the bag before even leaving the house, while it is still on the roll.....but that doesn't help if you need a second bag on the walk.. Bags feel a little flimsy in use, but I haven't had one split/rip on me when using, even when in longer grass.. If these had handles, it would be far easier to open, and I would have maintained the subscription..

The only thing I liked about them were the colours.
I wouldn't buy these again as I wasn't that impressed with them. 1....They were quite fiddly to open. 2.....They were far too see through. 3.....I found them awkward to tie when used. I much prefer bags with tie handles and next time I'll buy Biodegradable ones.
