DRENCH !!! DRENCH !!! DREEEENNNCH THE PADS !!!!
I have a 10 month old female frenchie, who I have only been pad training for exactly one week today. The first 4 days I setup 2 designated areas for here covered with pads & leashed her in the area first thing in the morning and every 2-3 hours after that throughout the day. I will leave her in the area until she potty. In one area she will use the pad every single time, and in other area she will go around the pad everytime. I just couldn’t understand it, however, that’s not why I ordered this product. I simply ordered this product because I wanted to make training time less and after reading itvtakec4-6 months to get pups/dogs trained …I had to give it a try. I ordered this product on day 4, and on day 5 I decided to see how she will do on her own(without me leashing her in the designated potty areas) EPIC FAILED! It seemed like she used the bathroom more often on this day and was literally going everywhere. I definitely felt like I wouldn’t have any success anytime soon. When we received the product on day my 6, my 7 year old son decided that he wanted to be the one to clean the designed areas, lay new pads a spray the new pads with product. After doing so, again she will only use the pads in one area and go around the pads in the other while being leashed. Today is day seven we did everything normal, got up leashed her in a designated area, unleashed her after she used the bathroom and let her roam the house. But for some reasons, I cleaned her designated areas before letting her out( she sleeps in a cage at night. Once fully pad trained this will no longer be) and leashing her, and I drenched the pads with the product in each areas. After unleashing her she ate, which made me pay close attention to her(as usually leash her after a hour or so after she eats 20 mins after she drinks) at one point I noticed she was missing, and when I got up to look for her(as my apartment is huge) she was in the designated area where she dnt miss the pads sniffing around, but when she seen me she followed me back to my room. After about 30 mins or so she went missing again, and I sent my son to look for her, and he found her drinking water and poop in the designated area of the pads she always miss. For the first time she pooped in the designated area on dead smack in the middle of the pads. She have never used the pads in this area always went around them and today she used them on her own(without being leashed) not once but twice. The designated area where she usually miss the pads is the first designated area, so although I know she love the other area I think the smell of this product is attracting her to these pads before she make it to the other area. I just had to write a review. At this price it definitely will not hurt to try this product. It definitely worked for me. Some may say it’s because I have been training her and leashing her in the areas I want her to go, but like I said she was refusing to use the pads in one area until I drenched it with this product and the first day without this product of not being leashed in the area she did horrible.

Worked for my dog !! READ THIS REVIEW!!
Not sure why all the bad reviews since it worked for my dog ! Disclaimer: I felt the need to write this review not to help out humans but to help out the poor dogs that are stuck inside holding their bladder while their human is at work. So listen up people! This is what you do: get a potty patch, potty pads, and an attractant spray (this one worked for my dog, if it doesn’t work for yours try other brands. (& get disinfectant spray). Put the pads under the fake grass patch so that cleanup is easy. Spray attractant on potty PADS not the patch !!! Then place fake grass on top. At first without the spray my dog would just roll around and scratch her back on the grass. When I liberally added the spray THE VERY NEXT DAY i came home to poop on the patch !!! So when I first got home, since she was on the patio doing her thing before she came in, she didn’t realize I had seen the poop. So I lead her over to the patch and when she saw where we were going she immediately thought she did something bad... now this part is KEY! You sit there with a high tone of voice and PRAISE her over and over for like 10 minutes telling her how good she is to POTTY on the patch. Offer her treats, pet them over and over until she understands that she was a VERY good girl. Then let them see you pick up the poop and throw it away. This further reinforces that it’s ok to potty there. She was so happy with herself that we played intense fetch until she was exhausted. She was so confident in her behavior that she looked happy that she had done such a good deed. Do all of the above and comment if it works for you! Cleanup is easy btw. Hang it up, spray poo particles off with a decently powerful nozzle on both sides of patch, let drip dry then spray Lysol disinfectant all over patch and let dry in the sun. Replace used potty pads and spray a LOT of attractant on pads so they can smell it thru any remaining disinfectant smell. I hope this helps out any dog that’s sitting at home holding their bladder all day. Now they will have a safe place to go while knowing they get positive reinforcement for going there. Win win for everyone... humans too! Edit: She no longer uses the pad but also doesn't have accidents...So I'm not sure if she's just finicky or what. Will try spraying on rocks and inside like others have mentioned

Good for potty training.
Honestly we gave it a few attempts with our 10 year old puppers in attempt to have her use synthetic grass pad for stormy days. But she would not go for it because she didn't like the feel of fake grass. I know it works! My puppy ended using the area around the grass and even when the grass was removed she would still use the same spot. I feel it would be more beneficial for puppies and teaching them to use the potty pads.

didn’t really work for me
my dogs just wanted to roll in the spray on the fake grass instead of going potty, i read some reviews and it said spray a lot so i did and my dogs still won’t go potty on it.

Whelp!!!
So it definitely attracts them!! No pee where I sprayed yet, but when I sprayed the pee pads my two weirdos thought it would be so much cooler to rub their bodies all over it and scent themselves and then go tumble about on the furniture…smh…so, I guess we shall see!

Didn't Work for Me, but Works for Others
Product gets 3 stars because my friend said it does work for her dog. I have a Chihuahua - product did not work with my dog.

Does it work? Can’t say
I put it on the pads, but honestly couldn’t tell you if it works or not. Dog seems to go on pads either way now that he’s trained.

She smells, she circles, she goes!!!
I love this stuff!! I was having trouble pp-pad training my little chihuahua, Pickles, but when I started using this spray, which smells like grass, she got the idea pretty fast, with tiny, dried liver rewards. I spray about 5-6 sprays in the middle of the pad and it works! She smells, circles and goes! I change the pad 2-3 times a day depending on its use. I auto-recieve a bottle every 2 months and will use it just as a precaution till she's a year old, maybe longer with fewer sprays till she weans off it. I recommend all dog owners that are having trouble with pp-pad training, try this stuff. It works!

Kind of disappointing
I haven’t seen a difference using this product quite yet it does make your dog go P but I’m still having trouble with my dog going Pooh on the mat using this product so I gave it one star because I’m not happy with the products quite yet but I am like that he knows where to P so he stop peeing everywhere but his mat

Work experience!
This is a wonderful product. We almost get sick for taking care of a 2 months old 10 kg puppy for 3 weeks. Every time he barks, we thought we needed to take him out to pee/poop. This product + proper size cage + pee pad + fake grass mat saved us!!! It really took me 3 days to achieve the goal! We used to try pee pad and fake grass together only. It was frustrating to deal with 10 kg 2.5 months old puppy’s crying and barking for trying to get out of the corner. With a cage and this spay, it works perfectly. It makes us less stressful and could leave the puppy alone in the cage for 5-10 minutes without “hang out” him in the toilet. In the previous case, the puppy at the end treated the corner pee pad as secondary playground because we tried to pet/encourage/comfort him at pad toilet.... Also just pay more attention after food and seeing if there is any sign for pooping and then direct puppy to the toilet cage. My puppy held his poo for the whole first day and barked a lot in the cage before finally pooped out. After I gave him the treats, he knew it was encouraged. So he started to pee more and poo there. Now i leave the toilet cage door open when I let puppy out of the cradle. He is willing to go to this toilet cage by himself!

Our two dogs love the smell and even lick it, but it doesn't do what I bought it for
We have rehomed dog that we got almost a year ago when he was 4. He was never house trained, and try as I might I might it's usually a few days between accidents (though he made it to 45 days last summer, and 16 days a few weeks ago). We take him in the backyard multiple times / day, as well as multiple walks / day so he has ample time to address things outside. But he likes giving us work to do (at least we don't have carpet). So I bought a pee tray and this spray. I hoped I would get him used to it, but as the previous owners never had success, I guess he doesn't see the reason to start with it now. He really loves the smell of the spray and will sit on the pee tray with his toys, or go and lick where I sprayed, but isn't inclined to make that his accident space. I'll keep trying thoough .... and overall, I would say if you've already somewhat trained your little guy this would give you extra leverage.
