Stop Looking This One Is The Best!
If you ever thought of getting a immersion blender, look no further. It is a little more costly, and you will not be sorry you did. You will love the Vitamix blender, it is the BEST! Buy it! A happy customer!

Love the Vitamix products, purchased this set, and it the best immersion blender I've owned so far, the mixer attachment is amazing, lots of power, easy to clean and handle. The case it comes with is very handy and helps keep organized. I'm very happy with my purchase.

STOP Shopping & Buy This Vitamix Immersion Blender
The headline says it all. I am a US Marine and I eat healthy every single day, every single meal. I have used multiple products to try to save time and not wasting expensive protein powders and other supplements: which usually is the case when using any kind of blender. A friend of mine told me that he bought this thing and he wouldn't trade it for anything on the market regardless of the price. He happened to be a Marine as well; therefore, I took his word for it for that reason. The day I received this product I immediately had to try it out with frozen blueberries, fat free Greek yogurt, broccoli, kale, walnuts, almonds, multiple supplements including protein powder and cubed ice straight out of the 40 year old medal ice trays (not crushed). I placed all of these contents inside of a 64 ounce mason jar and began to start blending my smoothie. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that it literally finish making this smoothie in less than three minutes. I ran the Vitamix Immersion Blender in another 32 ounce mason jar filled with water and a small amount of Dawn dish soap; gradually increasing the speed to get it clean. Believe me when I tell you that cleaning and drying it with two (2) paper towels the Vitamix Immersion Blender was in the cabinet, completely clean in less than three (3) minutes. I literally spend more time measuring the items that are going into the container than I spend blending, cleaning and drying it. I use this thing at least four times a day. I have never run across anything that it had a problem turning into a liquid. May I mention that there was zero waste because everything went in the large mouth mason jar and everything in that jar went into my body. No scraping, no spatulas, just a a large mouth mason jar lid with a hole for a straw. Also, three days after I purchase this item I decided to purchase a stainless steel 44 ounce container with a handle, lid and straw. It fits in the cupholder of my car and I use it every single day. You can waste your time shopping for other items that you're going to end up returning or you will not end up with the results that this Vitamix immerse blender produces. Our platoon now has a nickname for this item... We named it "Scorpion" which is the fastest submarine the United States owns. Our reason for naming it after the fastest submarine in the world is due to the way this Vitamix Immersion Blender blades propel seemlessly through anything you put in its way. I find it virtually impossible that anyone could produce something that works better than this Vitamix Immersion Blender. JUST BUY IT AND I GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WILL NOT EVEN CONSIDER RETURNING IT. Memo: May I Mention That This Thing Is Stainless Steel with Titanium Blades and Virtually Indestructible. It Is My Inclination That This Thing Will Last the Rest of My Life.

Tried a few before finding this one - should have just started here. Durable, powerful blender!
I tried a few other brands/models before getting this one, including a cordless option, and they all underwhelmed me. They were "fine", but I couldn't think of when I'd use them instead of my stationary blender, as they were either underpowered (cordless especially) or flimsy / insubstantial (one I felt like I was "fighting the plastic" of the build the entire time I used it). I finally paid a bit more (you get what you pay for? Seems so) for this unit and it was like night and day. Heft and build quality is exceptional - this is not a toy! It has reinforcement in all the right places and while it is understandably heavier than the others, it isn't so heavy as to be a problem during use. It feels GOOD to use. It is very stable, it doesn't toss liquid everywhere when making a smoother soup/drink, and it's really quiet considering the power on tap. I opted for the "package" that includes a VERY high quality zippered storage case (stiff-sided so it fits nicely in its spot laying down or standing up on the side) with a sturdy handle, and two compartments inside- one for the main blending arm with a soft separator from the larger space that holds the blender and cord and smaller whisk attachment. The attachments snap in securely and snap out for cleaning with a satisfying "click" and no wiggle room - very tightly engineered and crafted. Again, it all feels very solid and well built. There is only one minor issue and I'm not going to knock it a star because I believe I can easily fix it - and being able to fix a device you spend a decent amount of money on is not a bad thing! One of the LED lights (number four) appears to be disconnected or possibly burned out. The setting works ( can get to three, press one more time and no light change but the speed goes up, then press once more and see the 5th light) but the light simply doesn't light. Not at all an impediment to using the device and not enough for me to send it back. I will investigate disassembly and see if it's an easy repair if it every bothers me enough. I didn't buy it for the lights, so until it becomes a problem, it's no problem at all. I'm very pleased with this unit. I had the BEST smoothie I've ever made and that's on my first attempt. I'm sure it only gets better from here. Next up? Soups!
