Great immersion blender

Easy to use, charge. The only negative is the pan guard. It is tricky to take on and off to clean. Nothing too bad, but need to be aware if you are not careful you can cut yourself of the blades. We now make great pasta sauces at home, they taste fantastic as compared to the bottle stuff and only take a few minutes with this blender.

**Update** 3rd update. Now the company is requesting videos again of the same problem that both blenders have which is that they will not charge. This time to a new text address after i sent the videos to the original text address. I explained that i was done doing this. It has been over a month with no result. I WANT A BLENDER SENT TO ME TESTED BEFORE SENT AND CHARGED FULLY. They want me to pick something else. They will not refund my purchase price. Received replacement with same issue. Item will not charge. I am told they will not refund purchase price but will replace again if I send another video of the issue or I can have a different product. ** although this was past the return window, the product does have a 1 year warranty, so I contacted the company directly. I was able to download a video via text to show what the product was doing and they are sending out a replacement. Will update my review once I get to use it!** I ordered and sent to our new home in another state before our move. I just opened the box and of course it's past the return date and it will not charge. I have tried the charger that came with it, and other ones as well. It bli KS slow then rapid red and goes out. Useless.

Good for cordless

This does exactly what I need it to. It's not as powerful as a corded immersion blender but it's stronger than the first cordless I bought. It can create an emulsion easily and is great for quick mixes where it's a pain to unwind a cord and plug it in etc. The battery holds a charge well, and I love that it charges using USB-C which is much sturdier than micro-usb. I'm happy with my purchase.

Awesome

I was skeptical that a cordless would have enough power. This handheld immersion blender charges quickly and has plenty of power. I love that I can take it to the sink and run it in hot soapy water to clean it without the hassle of a cord! Great value for the price.

If you need to do a lot of blending and mixing, this is a great little tool. Not too pricey and pretty powerful for its size.

Amazingly Talented Multi Tasking Appliance

I have used this product for a number of things and each time I'm happier and happier. It makes great Zoodles when used correctly. I'm sorry for those who just gave up. What a pity. I use it daily to blend a shake. It is done in moments and perfectly blended without a heavy bottle to empty. It cleans up in seconds. My husband used it to mix his jar of peanut butter, usually a bear of a task mixing it when it's settled and separated. No problem and he was thrilled. It was so easy to use. I've also used it for chopping vegetables which was a breeze. I didn't need to take out my great Cuisinart because this chopping blade did the trick with plenty of power to spare. Yesterday I needed to make whipped cream for a dessert. I poured the cream in a bowl, used the immersion blender and voila, I had whipped cream in seconds. This little combo kitchen appliance is a gift to myself that keeps giving. I only wish I had bought it years ago. I can't wait to find even more ways to use it. Hooray!!!????????????????????????

Quite, but slower speed and power

My KOIOS oxasmart 800-Watt 12-Speed Immersion blender's blending attachment broke after about 2.5 years. I used it almost daily to make two smoothies in the morning. The warranty was 2 years and after contacting the seller, the customer service did offer me a discount toward a new blender since they don't have blender attachment as spare part. I bought the Chefman one instead, because I also recently bought their air-fryer and like the build and quality. Unfortunately, this one is not as powerful as the KOIOS oxasmart. If you blend anything with more fiber (e.g. diced orange , apple with skin) the texture is not as fine as the KOIOS. The fiber would also stuck on the four holes of the blender attachment's hood. The Chefman is quieter, though, but the fastest it would go is about half of the KOIOS and it does not come with a blending measuring cup. As for the attachments, they do work, but the for certain size and type of vegies. I mainly use the grader for cheese and the food processor to make salsa or dips.

Cord-free Powerful Function

I bought this to replace an All-Clad cordless immersion blender for which I could find no replacement for a dead battery. Since this unit is about 30% of the All-Clad price I had no idea what to expect. I am pleasantly surprised. It arrived fully charged, which supports the claim that the unit holds a charge well. I made a jar of mayo and was happy to find that it fit perfectly in a wide-mouth mason jar. While this task does not require blending anything chunkier than a clove or two of garlic, there was plenty of power to emulsify the ingredients. I have no doubt that it will work well for my other main purpose which is blending soups. It’s large but not unwieldy. The design makes it easy to hold the safety button ( on the back) and the power button (on the front) at the same time. I like that the removed shaft and blade are top rack dishwasher safe and I appreciate the small plastic guard which clips onto the bottom to avoid scratching pan surfaces. It remains to be seen how many times it can be successfully recharged but so far, I am very happy with it!

I love it

Product is very good ! I know the material is light and looks fragile (thats why i gave it 4 stars); but it does the job and saves lots of space. I dont chop any veggies with my knife anymore. The food processor is enough for my family (of 4) and easy to wash. I use the food processor for my meal planning, chopping garlic, onions, carrots etc for the whole week in a matter of seconds. I bought 3 more as a gift.

Not happy with product, esp. user manual

Assembly instructions are not very clear, esp. for whisk attachment. I came here to Amazon reviews and found an answer, which I have not yet tried. Apparently the metal wire whisk part snaps into the plastic base. The fear is that if you push too hard, something plastic will break. The user manual is over-explained in some ways, like washing, being careful not to cut your fingers, and not immersing the electrical component in water, and then not covered at all, like the whisk assembly. Not happy with this product. Feel I fell for a gimmick.
