A good DIY project if you have the strength
I finally figured out that the squealing noise that was increasing in duration as my Frigidaire Affinity tumbled laundry was coming from the belt. I ordered this belt after looking online for the procedure of how to change it, which seemed pretty straight-forward. The new belt stopped the squealing noise. An added bonus was that I noticed the final spin speed has also increased; consequently the laundry is drier at the end of the cycle. I later put 2 and 2 together that it was not my imagination that the machine was spinning slightly slower than I had remembered when it was new. Seems the machine was lowering the spin speed due to the slipping belt. The machine is back to working like when it was new. Once the machine is pulled away from the wall to expose the back, removing the back panel is a breeze. Removing the old, stretched belt was quick. Putting the new belt on required some effort to thread over the drum pulley. It took about 5-10 minutes to change the belt once the rear panel was removed. If you have the strength to move the washer and to thread the new belt over the pulley, this is a good DIY project. I will do this all over again in 5 or 6 years when this belt shows signs of wear, assuming it lasts as long as the original.

Tight fit. Works as expected
Good quality. The original belt came with my Kenmore is over 14 years old. It is strenched but still in a good shape after an average of 4 loads a week over the years. The new one was made in Mexico and seems to be of good quality. It is about an inch shorter then the original. Had a very tight fit when trying to spin it on. The price is reasonable and a few dollar more compared to source it directly from Sears. Expect to last at another 10 years, at that point we will need a new washer.

Juuuust a bit short...
I watched a couple different videos from the interwebz and thought I had a pretty good handle on the removal and installation, and to tell the truth it would have been a very easy install if the replacement belt were just a tad longer. Getting the back panel off my Frigidaire FAFW3577KA1 washer and finding the belt was very simple, and I ordered the belt late Saturday and it was in our mailbox Monday, so that went great. The OEM belt was Made in Mexico, this belt was Made in Brazil. Both were stamped with the 134051003 part number. But, I'd read about some other OEM-ish belts that came up short, so I tried to avoid that. Not so much. Maybe it's by design, so that the belt lasts and keeps tension, but it was a PITA. As you can see from the pix, the belt is a little bit shorter than the one that frayed and came off, so I played hell trying to get the belt on until I fabri-cobbled the green plastic and duct tape tool so that my finger tips didn't get pinched off. The flat edge lays under the belt against the large wheel, and the shoulders snug up against the wheel and the belt to allow the necessary ugga duggas to get the belt all the way around the wheel. Even so it took some gumption to get the job done, and it's tight like a drum. Pay attention to the lineup of the motor spindle and the belt grooves, if you don't it'll spin off the first load. We're on the second load now, we'll see how long it lasts.

Exact fit
A lot of people say it's to small. If you put it on the drum first it looks to be small. Start it on the motor and up the left side of drum then turn drum by hand and it fits perfectly

Quality belt easy to replace
Found a YouTube video for my dryer that made replacement a breeze. Fixed HE fridgedaire washer after too large of load caused belt to loosen/break.

The correct belt for my washing machine..
My washing machine Frigidaire beld tore off after 10 years. When I measured the torn off belt it was 54 inch long one end to another. Then I saw this product in amazon and though its too short no way it will fit. Then watching YouTube I realized that the old 10 years old belt has expanded over years that's why it is so long. And from YouTube I learned that it supposed to be a tight fit else the belt will slip all the time. Once the belt came I installed it (was tight fit which I expected) and the washing machine worked perfectly once again.

Perfect fit!
I was quoted $175 to fix my washer. I ordered this part and watched a video. I was able to do it myself! I was so proud as I am not very handy.

This Item is too small for the area it is to fit. The radii is way to small to get over the pulleys.
This belt is for a washer and doesn't fit. It was so small I was afraid I would break the washer getting it on.

Quality belt and straightforward installation
The washing machine would slip. The loads would have to be reduced to give it a chance to do the wash. See the Internet and "Google" your model number (usually located in front of washer or even on door panel). When I compared the new with the old there was at least an inch of difference on the circumference which would explain the slippage. It is a tight install. The belt is slipped over the smaller (motor) pulley and you gradually pull the belt over the larger drum pully by rotating the drum pulley by hand. All you need is a good pair of hands. Avoid using any tools to avoid damaging the belt. The washer works like new. Well worth price. 190$ (belt 90$ plus 100$ for the technician's call) versus 59$. Most highly recommend the belt and Amazon.ca.
