Good cleanser; Needs Customization

Had it for about a month and change. While this isn’t as intuitive to use as hands alone, it foams and softens skin quite well for shaving. I needed to mess around tuning the intensity with the app for a bit until I settled on ~10. App didn’t really give much guidance, so it was just trial and error. Out-of-box setting of 1 was pathetically weak cleansing. Works great, though you want to use a cleanser that has no particulate, and is consistent throughout. Stuff will get stuck, or abrade the silicone, otherwise. Careful with with cleansers that leave residue as well.

App is useless

Hard to turn on, cleaning cycle is short but it does a great job. Battery is long lasting. I would buy again.

Best for skin.

Before I have had mini version and now order this one! Love this product! Have tried many different cleansers and so far this one is the best! Very good cleaning without damaging my skin.

Over priced garbage

Don't waste your time & money. The reviews all say this thing is amazing, but it was total trash. Got it to replace my Clairsonic, which was amazing. I could not get it to connect via bluetooth, the app said it was previously registered and could not register it again...and it arrived with water stains when I opened the box! Obviously someone else returned it. I was hoping I could simply bypass the app/email registration, password and all the other BS, but you cannot. You MUST jump through ALL the hoops, or you are stuck with one weak setting that cannot be altered. I could have bough some cheap face cleaner at CVS for $20 that does that !!! Bottom line, you are paying $170 for some P.O.S. that has to be registered, email confirmed, password set-up (6+ letter minimum) and recharged by USB ONLY !!! LMFAO.....All this to wash my face ??? GTFO !

A game-changer

This was recommended by skin influencer James Welsh and although I was a little sceptical and thought it was a little pricey, the results have been extremely good. Very easy to use with or without the app, the device left my skin so clean it squeaked! It's revitalising, left my skin glowing and also is really good for cleaning skin if you have facial hair as the little nodules get through the beard to properly clean the skin underneath. It keeps my skin clear and is a super-quick, really easy way to properly cleanse your skin. highly recommended.

How do you turn this thing on ?

this was a xmas present but cannot find instructions or a button to turn on or off , read lie it needs an app to be downloaded ...way too much hassle

Great product

I have upgraded to this model and so far I am satisfied with my purchase. The device can be used app-free but you need to download the app onto your phone first to set it up in Settings. This device is bigger than my previous luna men so it is really convenient. The battery life is extended on this device, so I don't have to frequently charge it

Très chère

Après quelque jour d'utilisation je pense pouvoir donner un avis objectif sur ce produit. En effet le produit est de bonne facture mais il est malheureusement très petit ( pas adapté a ma main) L'application marche une fois sur 2 et la dernière MAJ date d'un an .. Le format " men " à une douceur particuliere et pas adapté a tout les types également ce qui est très dommage ...

Muy buen funcionamiento

Al principio no me convencía del todo comparado con otros cepillos, pero tras un mes de uso estoy muy contento. No necesita recambios como otros del mercado, cumple su función perfectamente y la opción de masaje es un plus. Puede ser que ayude con el afeitado, pero tampoco he notado gran diferencia. Además es muy fácil de limpiar y por los comentarios que he visto en YouTube la batería dura hasta 6 meses...
