Does not appear to be well made
If you just want something cheap and hope it lasts a year or two, this should do. The plastic end (that is usually metal) that goes on the spigot will certain be a problem sooner than later. On my first use, it already had a small drip, which I'm sure will only get worse. Also, be sure not to cross thread when you connect it, because that plastic will not be as forgiving as metal. It feels like it is made of a harder plastic (like pex or something) than a typical green garden hose. Not quite as flexible, but did not give me an issue. You get what you pay for, although I'm not sure exactly when or why the price of a stupid garden hose is so high these days. Thanks Joe!

cheaply made
It's a hose so yes, water flows through it. But it was so pinched by the plastic zip ties it has remained almost completely flat where it was bound by them. And the "edges" of those flat areas are fraying and look like they will soon split. But by the time I was noticing these issues, the return window had just ended. The damage was there before I ever used it so this is not a "wear" problem.

gave to mom for Christmas for her cottage hooked it up the end of May and now has bubbles in the hose every 12 inches or so turned out to be garbage bubbles like size of goose eggs what a wasite of money

Received a LEAKING Hose
LEAKS where the hose connects to the female thread adapter. (Ie: the screw on part) I already cut part of the hose so doubt they'd refund it. Was hoping other comments just had a bad hose, but it appears these are notorious for leaking?
