Seat tilt is a pain in the back, literally

Decent construction, fairly easy to assemble (know that assembly is fun for me), but the chair was not comfortable. I work at a desk for 10-11 hours a day. The tilt of the seat (which is not adjustable) was awkward, which caused back spasms. The back lock (vs rocking recline) and seat height adjustments worked fine. Beware, once you put it together, there’s no way to disassemble it enough to put it back into the box for a return. I attempted the company service number provided (during business hours), but no answer. I think it goes without saying I would not recommend this chair. This has nothing to do with the chair and isn’t reflected in my rating, but I was disappointed with Amazon customer service (first time ever!) in my attempt to return it. I explained that I couldn’t take it apart enough to fit it back into the box. The rep told me to put that half in a trash bag and the rest back in the box, and created two mailing forms, trying to assure me UPS would accept it. As I suspected, UPS just laughed. So now, I have a useless chair half boxed and half bagged sitting in my office until I take it to Goodwill.

Confortible

Pro: No arm rest means I can play my guitar while at my desk. Comfortable seat. I can sit here all day and my ass doesn't get tired I'm able to adjust it much better than my last few chairs. I'm able to go from practically laying down to a fully sitting up position. Rolls well. The wheels have yet to get stuck in my carpet, the mat I use helps that but that wasn't enough for my old chair. Cons: It creaks when I preposition myself. I feel like I'm going to break it when I sit down.

Well-priced, but kinda cheaply made

Well-priced, but kinda cheaply made: The backrest will squeak after a bit of use. The base (wheels and adjustments) seems very well made and sturdy. The seat material and cushion is quite comfortable for the price.

Poor chair pad

The whole chair is poorly made, the seat cushion is so poor it is like sitting on the frame without a cushion you can feel every part of the frame. The adjustments might work for a tall person but not anyone under 5'6. Once you get the back adjusted and height it is like the seat is pointed up and cuts into the back of the legs. Would definitely not buy again!

It’s adjustable My back and sitting needs

The fabric material is not the best, but the chair is really good. I was having shoulder pains from my previous chair. I realize that for my comfort the seat, back support and the chair should be able to adjust to my need. This chair does it. No more pain sin I’ve been using it.

Solid built, Comfy chair, Great Price!

Extremely comfy and great back support! I sometimes use it for hours at a time for my work. It is built solid and the seat is very comfortable! Great chair and I did not pay $300! I am very picky about my desk chair at home and this one has been great!

Great chair, the lumbar support is what I was looking for and this chair works great for me. Assembley was quick and easy as well.
