Some assembly instructions (and all the parts) would have been nice
Well, I just put this thing together. It took me over an hour (it took me ten minutes to get it unpacked and get all of the bubble wrap, etc., off of it. The assembly instructions are pathetic. (Like basically non-existent.) There are parts that go somewhere that you wouldn't expect, and naturally they don't say anything about it. So I broke one piece because it needed to go down lower on the post. Of course, they gave no instruction about this. There are eight screw holes under the seat with nothing to go in them. And right now I am finding that this thing is freaking high. I am leaning over to type this, and it doesn't seem to go any lower. My back already hurts. Other than that it's a great chair! P.S. Once you put the big circular footrest on it, it seems you can't take it off again, as I would REALLY like to do. Just so you know.

This big and tall chair is GREAT
WOW, this chair is GREAT!! I needed a draft height chair to use at our church sound board. After I assembled this chair, I found out the seat was only 24" at it's highest. I thought I would have to return it but after I tried it at the sound board, we all fell in love with it. The height is just fine and since we have 3 big and tall guys that run sound, this really is the PERFECT fit for us. The seat is very comfortable and wide, the back is high, I think we may fall asleep in the chair. We also like the extra large diameter foot rest. We all tried the chair and LOVE it. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone big and tall.

Sturdy and comfortable!
This chair is great! Comfortable and well made. The only issue is that it came with a foot rest ring but there was no way to attach it to the chair. The instructions were clear but completely left out anything to do with the foot ring.

Takes the bite out of back pain
The end user said it was comfortable, instantly relieved his back pain. However, when you look at seat height, don't forget to take weight compression on the shock into effect. It was only 1 inch shorter than his old stool, but with compression it was almost 3-4 inches too short. We put stem feet instead of the included caster wheels to solve the problem. Works good.

Good sturdy drafting seat
Big, heavy, comfortable. Feels like it will last a while. Was looking for a taller station chair that will be comfortable for a big person. One minor flaw is that the slight tip forward (to help guard against numb legs) is not stable if not using the ring for one's feet. Since I rarely use the ring, I am constantly tipping out of the chair. slightly.

Good chair
Great chair; hate the silver leg rest. I can't get it to stop tilting. If you get the chair, don't bother with the silver foot rest. Directions could be better since there are two hydrolic pieced in the box. I do like the chair itself tho.

GET A SOCKET WRENCH SET BEFORE ASSEMBLY
The 4 phillips head bolts that hold the base to the seat are so soft they strips just using a regular screw driver. And definately don't use a power tool. And a wrench won't work either because of the tight fit. You need a socket wrench to put this together. It doesn't help that the threading on the screws & nuts don't fit very well either. So what should have taken 15 minutes to assemble took probably 2 hours cause I didn't have a,socket wrench. I hope this chair stays together but so far I am NOT satisfied.
