Great replacement
Great replacement to our Rv grill. Does not come with a thermometer but that’s not a deal breaker. It is missing the logo for the front of the grill. Also not a deal breaker but it is worth noting. Will post update after a few months of use.

Missing a temp guage
The older version of this had a temp guage installed for the sam price once upon a time. When I purchased this one it was to replace the one that fell apart, seeing as the burner deflector cannot be moved around or easily replaced as it is riveted in. I will have to drill a hole in this one to switchy temp gauge from the old one over.

No heat thermometer!
Wish it would have come with a cover and thermometer. Other than that great little grill. Bought to replace old one on our camper and fit perfectly. Was easy to install. Arrived quickly and with no damage. My husband took the thermometer off our old grill, drilled a hole in the top of the new one and attached it. Works perfectly and problem solved.

Good product but
Good grill for two people. The two things I don't like is the storage bag is low quality and the two latches don't even latch the lid down ... useless.

not bad
ni handle were a little tricky to get on not a real good pidture haw they get assembled and the heat deflector it in the was partly when putting in the screws have to be careful not to cut your knuckles. outside that it seems to work ok have not cooked on it but it fires up when attached to the low pressue hose on the RV with a good flame the gas controler could be marked better for where off is.....

It Does a Very Good Job and Stores Well
I wish it was easier to clean, but it basically works well and the food I grill always has a nice smokey grilled flavor. The upper shelf is useful for mushrooms, peppers or for just keeping things warm. This gas grill is quite versatile as well. It stands on its own legs, or you can mount it on the side of the RV. For the price, it's a great value!

Good grill
The adjustment knob is a little flimsy, but the grill seems to be fine

Great for a Camping Grill - Needs some improvements
Pros: Easy to setup | Good Heat for being Portable | Two mounting options (ground or bumper) Cons: Tough to clean thoroughly | Everything comes loose I have purchased two of these, one came with my Fifth Wheel and fit nicely on the pre-installed bumper mount. This was an exact replacement. We full-timed in our fifth wheel for over a year with 3 kids, and the grill was used roughly 3 out of 7 days of the week, yeah a lot of use! The first grill heat shield came loose of its spot welds, so I always had to take the top grate off and adjust. Then the nuts came loose that hold the hinges on in the back, and the screws for the handle were always coming loose. Purchasing this as a replacement, the spot welds have held for over 4 months of normal use. The nut and screws all came loose again, so I've retightened with thread lock, and no more issues there. The heat is mostly even, the back on the new one seems to be a little hotter than the front, but no big issues. The heat shield is tough to clean around and get all the little bits from underneath. I will say the drip tray could be a little better designed. As in affixed better. If you take it camping for a weekend and then put it away in the box (we use a yellow/black storage bin from the hardware store), it will fall out, then whatever grease it trapped will certainly dump over. Which means, always clean the grill when packing up. (sigh) The bumper mount arms, double as a ground stand as well. I didn't know this for months after owning the first one. There is a "T" mount on the sides of the grill, and if you put the stand on the ground with the arms pointed up, you can put the grill on it with that "T" mount! Genius. You do not have to have the bumper grill, which has come in handy more than once. Overall, I take away a star for not using lock-tight at the factory and the grease trap being so flimsy and easily falling out. Also, the starter died after a couple of months on both units, which is standard for those cheaper starters. Really happy for the convenience of the bumper mount and haven't found anything better... yet.

Exact replica of what we had. Husband is Happy!
This was the exact one we had previously on our camper and my husband loves things to stay the same. Works great and cooks well. Perfect for the camper.

Functional
Made of fairly thin steel with somewhat flimsy fittings and hinges this is not a BBQ I expect to last forever but it is adequate and functional. I acquired an earlier version of this when I bought a used travel trailer. That unit was starting to fall apart where the flame spreader is spot welded to its support. Easily riveted back but I discovered the 1/4 inch propane quick connector was missing and I was unable source a replacement on the web. Which is why I purchased this one. My new unit actually has a piezo push button igniter and it cooks just fine. Now I have spare parts if ever the new unit needs repairs.

Works well for what it was designed for.
This is an excellent replacement for the same model that came with our 5th wheel trailer. I didn't need one yet but I purchased it due to the fact that the price is only going to up and eventually I will have to replace it. I like it enough to purchase it ahead of time. For those expecting a backyard BBQ, it is not. It is not a 900$ BBQ. It is not designed to keep the heat after cooking. It is a small grill. You can still cook 6 good sized steaks on it not 24 hamburgers. If you're cooking 24 hamburgers I'm guessing you have a 40 foot trailer and the in-laws are with you..poor you...lol. It is also hot enough that you can burn your supper if you aren't paying attention.. It starts up great, cooks very well in the wind and is a compact size for fitting into the trailer for storage. Over all it is an excellent purchase for what we need. I highly recommend this product. The worst I can say about this like others have mentioned is the 2nd rack. You can't put anything on it like a hotdog or ham bun. Just not enough room. It would be great if it was an inch lower. I will be cutting my new one down and getting it spot welded so that I am able to keep the burgers hot while I toast my Sweethearts Buns..lol By the way, yes it only plugs into a trailer which has a regulator on it. Other than that you will have to supply your own propane hose and regulator. If you want that, get a regular table top BBQ. JMO

OK camping BBQ
As noted in some of the other reviews the BBQ does not sit level with the RV when it is placed on the bracket. In addition, the BBQ did not fit onto the RV mounting bracket. Fortunately with a vice and a little elbow grease we were able to rectify both situations. We bent the stand piece the BBQ comes with so that instead of tilting back towards the RV it is now flat and we bent the "C" track edges that fit around the mounting bracket so that they were able be properly placed. Also, when testing the BBQ once it was mounted to ensure that it worked, the person using the ignition system received a shock from the igniter. Upon closer inspection we saw that there were loose and exposed wires underneath the BBQ that we wrapped with electrical tape and have not had a problem since. So, if you can get the thing properly mounted it is actually a pretty good BBQ for the price. It cooks evenly and has a range of flame heights so that you can easily pick a temperature to cook at. It is also easy to clean. It is a much better BBQ to cook on than the one that it replaced.

Great Bumper BBQ for the trailer
I had one of these supplied with my trailer 8 years ago and it worked perfectly for the outdoor kitchen! Remember to put away when not using and it will last a long time. Great compact BBQ!
