Work great!
I use these to make cold brew tea. After I put the tea in the bag I seal the bag with a food saver and it stayed sealed even after brewing all day. Love these bags!!!

A most excellent filter!
We have used disposable tea filters from Melita and several other manufacturers for years. This one is the best of the lot! We use these things not just for my wife's morning pot of tea, but also as a bundler for aromatics in soups, stews, sauces, etc (just fill the bag, fold down the open end, and staple it). The bag hold up VERY well to percolating in a soup pot all day. Also, while it is more or less white (slightly beige, actually), it is not BLEACHED white! The bags have no residual chemicals from bleaching that I can sense. And they are priced better than other comparable brands. Overall, this product is a WINNER!!

Makes a good cuppa tea OR other strained beverage
I'm really happy with these unbleached filter papers. Oddly enough, I started using them in earnest over in Kauai. I simply COULD NOT find a teapot on that entire island - no kidding! They were not at Macys, Kmart, Walmart or Costco. I actually ended up buying a glass coffee pot to use as a teapot at the local Ace Hardware. Ack. Then it occurred to me to find and buy a teapot here at Amazon.com! However, that was comically WEEKS into my 2.5 mo stay. In the interim, we used these tea filters day after day, to make not only a pot of tea (in the coffee pot!), but also cups of tea in a mug. The paper imparts no obnoxious flavor to our tea, drapes easily enough over the side of a receptacle, and allows one to RINSE the tea leaves before steeping. Yes, that is the secret to a clean cuppa tea: rinse the leaves for a few seconds with boiling water (or under your tap's HOTTEST water). I now travel with these filter bags in case a teapot is hard to find. And believe me, they are becoming as rare as a unicorn over here in the U.S. More recently, I have been using these filters to make ginger-soothers. After surgery, if you are feeling queasy, just grate up fresh ginger root, place in this filter bag, and then let it steep with either water or sparkling water to your desired concentration. Works like a charm!

Order only arrived with one pack instead of 6
This order is for 6 packs in the order. There was only one box instead of 6 in my order. Not accurate.

Perfect for enjoying loose tea at work or on the go
Loose tea is much more flavorful but enjoying a good cup at work was a pain. First there was the issue of storing/emptying the infuser after brewing, and then trying to clean it in poor washing-up facilities. Thirst no more! Now I get to enjoy the variety, flavor, and organic teas I choose from the uptontea website all week long. I'm still searching for a perfect glass and/or steel personal sized electric kettle, but these filters have infuser problem almost nailed. I wish they sealed at the top ... maybe with a cotton draw string? But I hold the top flag up out of the cup and it's large enough I haven't had any issues with tea leaves getting into the cup.

I recommend these tea filters
I like these tea filters as they are easy to use and do not impact the taste of the tea.

Melitta tea filter review
I use these tea filters to make iced tea in a medium sized pot. I just heat the water and clip a filled filter to the edge; the tea is ready in about ten minutes total time. Real simple. I use Lipton loose tea I keep in a sealed cannister. About buying the filters. My grocery store was out of those filters. I am pretty sure I bought them there when I first tried them. The store was unaware they sold them, and could not find them anywhere. I am very impressed with Amazon, so tried them for the filters. They had them, I bought them in about 2 min; and they were delivered in about 2 days. I got 6 packs of them, cheaper than the store. Anyway, this purchase was easier and quicker than writing this review. I like Amazon enough to write this review. GatorNorm

great product
These are great for all kinds of loose leaf tea - completely convenient to use. (Loose leaf is the way to go with tea, for sure.) They do tend to stick together in twos. (But it's not really a problem. Just pull them apart.)
