Bottle with poor quality - print fell off and left "silver dust" on my face.
I bought 2 bottles and found the print on the bottles fell off easily. The fell-off mixed with the cream and left "silver dust" on my face. The first bottle I thought it was because I incidentally put detergent on the bottle, however same thing happen when I used the 2nd bottle, even the first time I used it! then the whole print on the bottle can be easily rub off with water...horrible quality supposed to happen in cheap product. I highly suspected this might be a counterfeit product.

Better Than Many Options
I have sensitive, aging skin that is now prone to redness and an occasional dry patch when it’s not busy trying to accumulate wrinkles. So my skin care goals are: don’t irritate my skin and try to stave off wrinkles. I’m thinking if I work really hard at it, I should only look 80 when I’m 90. This Global Repair Intensive Serum is beautifully packaged in a sleek glass pump dispenser bottle. The serum is not runny: it has a great texture and glides on. It readily absorbs and does not leave my face sticky or feeling coated. My skin does feel soft after application. I usually follow it with a moisturizer because I sleep under a ceiling fan that I find very drying. After a few weeks of use I can’t say I look miraculously younger. On the other hand I don’t look mysteriously much older either. I have had no bad reactions. My skin does look healthy. I like to think it’s helping with my goal of not looking 90 anytime soon by staving off more wrinkles, but only much more time will tell. The price point on this serum is substantial. I have used pricier products that I have been less satisfied with - including creams that sell for three or more times as much. So I feel the price point is to be expected for this type of luxury skincare.

Wild Claims, High Price Tag, So-So Serum
This French brand founded by "aesthetic doctor" Michel Tordjman in 1978 claims to get results comparable to injectables with topical applications using "cellular medicine." If that all sounds like nonsense, it's because it most definitely is. This serum claims to "come together to tackle all the visible signs of skin aging" and provide "visible effectiveness after 7 days," which, to be fair, could be true if you went from no skin care at all, to this high-end serum, though that's unlikely to be the case. This serum has a thin, lotion-like consistency and a light herbal scent. It's more moisturizing than some serums, probably since it has many, many different plant and seed oils in it. While it claims to have its effects thanks to "ceramides, omegas and vitamins," with no more specific details than that. It seems to have some Vitamin C and Retinol for brightness and the ceramides for smoothing but, to be honest, its active ingredients aren't clear even with a massive, full ingredient list. There are some ingredients here to be wary of, including coconut oil, a potential allergen and pore-clogger—also a cheaper ingredient you wouldn't really expect to find in a pricey product, especially as high on the ingredient list as this is. There's a few other chemicals I wouldn't expect to see in a premium brand. It could also effect those with sensitive skin due simply to the vast myriad of ingredients and combinations (see below). If cost was based on sheer number of ingredients, this serum might live up to its price tag as I have rarely seen an ingredient list so lengthy, from the Filorga website: AQUA (WATER, EAU), PROPANEDIOL, ISOCETYL STEARATE, GLYCERIN, COCO-CAPRYLATE/CAPRATE, HYDROGENATED COCONUT OIL, ETHYLHEXYL PALMITATE, MALTODEXTRIN, PENTYLENE GLYCOL, MANNITOL, LECITHIN, LAURYL GLUCOSIDE, POLYGLYCERYL-6 LAURATE, LAUROYL LYSINE, XANTHAN GUM, PARFUM (FRAGRANCE), SUCROSE DILAURATE, 1,2-HEXANEDIOL, MYRISTYL GLUCOSIDE, SCLEROTIUM GUM, SUCROSE PALMITATE, GLYCOGEN, PULLULAN, HYDROXYETHYL ACRYLATE/SODIUM ACRYLOYLDIMETHYL TAURATE COPOLYMER, SODIUM COCOYL GLUTAMATE, ISOHEXADECANE, LYSOLECITHIN, ALCOHOL, POLYSORBATE 20, RETINOL, GLYCERYL LINOLEATE, PAEONIA ALBIFLORA ROOT EXTRACT, PRUNUS AMYGDALUS DULCIS (SWEET ALMOND) OIL, PISUM SATIVUM (PEA) EXTRACT, SODIUM CHLORIDE, BORAGO OFFICINALIS SEED OIL, CAMELLIA OLEIFERA SEED OIL, HEXAMIDINE DIISETHIONATE, OENOTHERA BIENNIS (EVENING PRIMROSE) OIL, SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL, SILICA, TRIHYDROXYSTEARIN, NIACINAMIDE, 3-O-ETHYL ASCORBIC ACID, LACTOBACILLUS FERMENT, POTASSIUM AZELOYL DIGLYCINATE, POLYSORBATE 60, CERAMIDE NP, POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM HYALURONATE, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, SORBITAN ISOSTEARATE, GLUCOSE, PHENOXYETHANOL, BISABOLOL, BHT, TOCOPHEROL, CITRIC ACID, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, BETA-SITOSTEROL, PHYTIC ACID, SQUALENE, POTASSIUM SORBATE, CALCIUM CHLORIDE, BHA, ACETYL TETRAPEPTIDE-11, MAGNESIUM SULFATE, GLUTAMINE, ACETYL TETRAPEPTIDE-9, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, CI 15510 (ORANGE 4), ASCORBIC ACID, SODIUM ACETATE, LYSINE HCL, ARGININE HCL, ASCORBYL PALMITATE, ALANINE, HISTIDINE HCL, VALINE, LEUCINE, THREONINE, ISOLEUCINE, TRYPTOPHAN, PHENYLALANINE, TYROSINE, GLYCINE, POLYSORBATE 80, GLUCOMANNAN, SERINE, CYSTINE, CYANOCOBALAMIN, GLUTATHIONE, ASPARAGINE, ASPARTIC ACID, ORNITHINE HCL, GLUTAMIC ACID, NICOTINAMIDE ADENINE DINUCLEOTIDE, PROLINE, CI 17200 (RED 33), METHIONINE, TAURINE, HYDROXYPROLINE, GLUCOSAMINE HCL, COENZYME A, SODIUM GLUCURONATE, THIAMINE DIPHOSPHATE, RETINYL ACETATE, INOSITOL, NIACIN, PYRIDOXINE HCL, BIOTIN, CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE, RIBOFLAVIN, SODIUM TOCOPHERYL PHOSPHATE, THIAMINE HCL, FOLIC

Contains 2 forms of retinol
Firstly, I was frustrated to find that this contains retinol- and two forms at that. I don’t remember seeing the ingredients list when I first ordered this that is up now, but even if I had the list is so long and these two ingredients are really buried in there. Usually brands will mention either on the packaging, in the description or the actual product name if it contains retinol. There’s nothing in the title, packaging nor description that mentions it containing this potent and potentially irritating ingredient that has a lot of conflicts. That really limits what I can use this with. As it’s a serum, I was going to use it with other products but now I have to be sure they are only products that have no actives, exfoliants, or retinol in it. Aside from that, it’s an OK serum. I have not noticed much difference in my wrinkles or fine lines. I have not had any irritation or redness, and this does provide good hydration. I do wish they omitted the fragrance.

anti-aging serum
I couldn't use this product beyond a week. It has a very overwhelming perfume scent to it and the formula is very thick and doesn't absorb into skin. Scent was so strong I got a headache from it. Feels like it just sits on top and clogs pores. I get that its nighttime, but still too thick and doesn't absorb. I have large pores on my nose (think strawberry looking) and this didn't help my skin at all. For the price and lack of results, I would not recommend. Definitely not for oily/acne prone skin because this will just cause breakouts. I kept waking up with small white heads/pimples. Would probably work better for those with dry skin

More moisture than serum
I'm not completely sold on the claims of this product, but it does seem to do a good job with brightening and moisturizing of my skin. I honestly don't detect much of a scent to it. I don't have an irritation when I use this. As a matter of fact I use it on the top of my feet and hands even when I have a psoriasis flare up and it doesn't even irritate that. It's more of a lightweight cream than a serum. I end up using this in-between the use of my serum and moisturizer and I use one of my red-light devices to help with it setting it in my skin.
