If you trim along a fence, this cord lasts much longer than others.

My last spool of weed whacker cord was the Oregon square Magnum Gatorline (.095"). I hated to trim along my fence line because the cord was constantly breaking. I have used this Husqvarna Titanium Force cord & I am so happy that I changed because it lasts for a really long time. If you trim along a fence line, you really want to try this cord.

Titanium Baby!!!

This stuff right here is the best string I’ve ever used, I mean how could it not be after all it’s made out of titanium and that’s the same stuff space shuttles are made out of! Every time I fire that old echo up I feel like Tom Cruise in the last samurai fighting my way through the brush defending the house of Crowe against all weeds foreign and domestic! I’ll admit it used to be a one sided battle to cut some of these tall devil weeds we have here in Georgia but now that I have the power of the gods at my disposal I stand a chance in this never ending war, I’ve lost a lot of good men out there in that back yard but that ends now! Titanium has given me and my family hope for the spring and it can do the same for you!

This line seems to have solved my feed problems on my Stihl FS90 with the auto feed head. My old nylon line had become brittle. The problem is quite minor: This spool is supposed to come with a razor line cutter which scores the line. This was not included. Amazon agreed to return/replace/credit for the loss, but they would not/could not simply send the cutter. I suppose I should have taken the credit, but why can't things just be made right? I guess big money is willing to just cut losses. Old coot rant over.

Probably the best trimmer line on the market today.

I have tried many other trimmer lines trying to get one that will hold up under some extremely tough use. My son uses the trimmer to edge the driveway .. trim around fences trees and boulders etc .he can be a little sever on his trimming to get done as fast as he can. After trying some different lines he just wasn't happy with how fast the line was being used up on his weeding chores . My son has the trimming chore. Its a large lots with plenty of trees, fences, boulders and a 400 ft driveway to trim around . He wasn't happy with how long it was taking to keep replacing the line while trying to get the job done as rapidly as possible. Tried a lot of different lines with not very much difference in the way they performed. Ordered some of this titanium gray line. He didn't change the type of line he was using for a couple of weeks, just using the line we had till it was gone. He then went ahead and put the titanium line on the weed eater and within maybe 15 or 20 minutes was tremendously much happier with this new line. After using it the rest of that summer, he wont use any other trimmer line. He likes that it lasts much longer before having to place new line on the spool, letting him get the job done in much less time than it use to take.

Pairs well with EGo 56V electric trimmer

I know the manufacturer says works best cutting grass, but it also handles fibrous weeds and honeysuckle and stuff like that. The combination of this line with the power of the 56V electric trimmer helps me maintain my property without downtime reloading spools. Love it.

Excellent trimmer line

I have a 5 acre small horse farm and do extensive string trimming around all my fences. This includes lawn grasses and also heavier pasture grasses and alfala residual along the pipe fences. This trimmer line handles it all quite well in my Echo string trimmer. I have used the much more expensive Echo crossfire line and I think this line is more durable. While the line is tough and long lasting, you will go through some when trimming along cyclone fences and other hard surfaces. No line does very well with these obstacles. Just be mindful and a bit careful and you'll get by just fine. My last 3 pound spool lasted more than 3 years while trimming over 2500 feet of fences and barn walls and the grass around many tree trunks. I was going to change brands this time and while doing my research I realized that line doesn't get much better than this so I bought another spool of Husqvarna Titanium .095 line. You can't go wrong. It a good value and as tough as any on the market.

Finally... a line that lasts

I've tried a few types of line with my gas powered and I'm accustomed to carrying a handful of pre-cut line to replace every few minutes, littering the lawn with broken bright orange line. Even the steel reinforced line I got from the city crew that does the school and park next to my house doesn't last as long as this stuff. So, I think this roll will last me about 10 summers of lawn trimming!

Does its job!

I bought this in June 2021 but didn't need it until next summer. I also left it in a bucket of water to "refresh it". Apparently this makes it last longer with less breakage because now it's less brittle. I've had fewer restringing so far. I got this idea from YouTube.

Un fil robuste qui ne courbe pas facilement

J'ai acheté ce fil, étant déçu de la qualité des produits que je trouvais en quincaillerie. Contrairement aux marques meilleur marché, ce fil ne se brise pas facilement lorsqu'on heurte une surface solide, et il tient bien sa forme, ce qui permet de tailler plus longtemps avec la même longueur de fil. Il est aussi un peu plus silencieux que les autres fils que j'ai essayé par le passé (bien que l'utilisation de protections auditives soient préférables). Seul petit bémol : étant gris, il est un peu plus difficile de voir le fil en comparaison avec les couleurs fluo, mais ce n'est pas un grand problème en soi puisque le fil tient bien.
