Useful for hair coloring
This product is pricey, but does the job well...would be nice if it were available in even larger sizes.

I have b en using XFusion Hair fibers for years.
I use the medium brown. It covers my bald spots. I spray my hair with hair spray first. This will hold the fibers. Then I lightly sprinkle XFusion on the areas needed. Not on the scalp. I sprinkle on the ends of my hair. When I’m finished I spray hairspray again.

Awesome product!
This stuff is a lifesaver and confidence booster for anyone with thinning hair! I would recommend getting 2 and keeping one with the shaker top, and getting the pump on the other one.

Best I've tried so far
Compared to other products that I've used to cover thinning hair (and I've tried a lot), this is the best I've found so far. Easy application, and I don't think anyone needs to purchase a separate applicator- if you're careful, you won't mess up when sprinkling it on your head directly from the bottle. I've used countless bottles of this stuff and will probably continue using this for as long as they make it, or until there is a better alternative. I'm 27 and have fine, thin hair. I sprinkle a SMALL amount of this onto DRY hair (scalp and hair must be completely dry!) just in an area behind my bangs where I have a little "bald spot," as well as along the middle part of my hair. Once I sprinkle it, I let it sit for about 10-20 seconds then very lightly rub or tap my scalp in the areas in which I placed it. I have found that doing this helps evenly distribute the product and break up any little clumps that happen to fall out of the bottle (the ONLY time I have ever had anyone ask if I had something in my hair was when I didn't work the product onto my scalp/into my hair and it was unevenly distributed). Apply the fibers one thin layer at a time- you will probably find that you need less than you think, and it will save you from trying to work all the product out of your hair if you find you've placed too much. I have no issues with this transferring anywhere once it's on my head. I can go max 2 days without washing my hair, and when I do, I don't have to re-apply this. Never had a problem with it coming off after working out, but it comes off completely in shower after shampooing. I'm sure if someone got close to your head and actually looked at your scalp they'd notice you had something on, but if you don't tell anyone, they won't notice either. If you happen to scratch your head it will get under your fingernails/on your fingers, and if you put sunglasses on your head and then wear them, some fibers might end up on your face, so be aware. In my opinion is a minor inconvenience, as this product is a god-send for those of us who are self-conscious about thinning hair. That being said, this product is probably not suited for people who have a large bald spot to cover or who have extremely thin hair- you'd definitely be able to see it on your scalp.

Best product for thinning hair
My hair has been thinning for many years now since adulthood and especially in the crown area over recent years leaving embarrassed and self conscious. In high school a long hair style and even styles after hid my problem quite well. I'm now in my late 20s and so needless to say I didn't have any popular hairstyle options except buzz extremely short which I don't want. It might looks good on me but I'd rather have something else before I eventually cave to the buzz permanently. So I've started minoxidil to save what I have for a while and on a whim ordered X-Fusion dark brown. This stuff is great with a little practice. First off, if you are like me you can't just gel your hair because it makes the thinning more obvious. So I use either hair spray, hair paste, or hair gel that I comb out/style to break apart the gelled clumps. Once I have the basic shape right and my hair isn't clumped together I apply the X-Fusion. It takes a few tries to figure out what your doing but they mean what they say about not applying to wet hair. You also have to work it just right to not get too much on your scalp because that looks bad. Once you figure out the careful art of angling your head and holding the shaker just right this isn't too bad either. If you screw up bad you can just wash your hair again. The first days I wore it successfully female co-workers said my hair looked great and asked what had I done, meaning your not going to sneak this past someone who already knows what your hair looks like so don't try. Just be honest. I told most of them I dyed it and found a new hair styling product. If they asked anything else I told them what that product was. I think lying is a form of weakness so I don't but X-Fusion works well enough that you could. What really is helpful for the purpose of accuracy during application is the nozzle head you can purchase that delivers the product more evenly. Also, don't get too wet. It does wash out if you are caught in a downpour. Probably a bad idea to do any heavy physical activity either. My hair looks great now. I don't think it will work on bald spots but if you have hair, even if it is thin, it will help out tremendously.
