The squeegee is excellent, but the shower hook is less so.
The squeegee is excellent, but the shower hook is less so. The squeegee is light, comfortable, quiet and does a great job clearing water off the shower doors. The shower hook that comes with the squeegee is made of metal wire with a sharp machine-cut tip. I used a different shower hook I had on hand that had a smooth end.

Ugly as sin, but...
It works. The newer version has a blue blade on it, which contributes to its lack of visual appeal, but it's more flexible than the original white version. The white handle is slightly off white, so it looks a bit dingy against white tile and the white holding the blade is bright white, making three different colors. Would look much better if it was all the same shade of white.

Original OK. Newer model vastly improved.
The picture showing an all white squeegee is the original model I received a few years ago. The blade was quite stiff and left behind a great deal of water. After using the squeegee I would then wipe down the shower doors and tile with a microfiber cloth. But as an all plastic squeegee there was no risk of metal damaging my glass or tile. So I tolerated the mediocre performance. When it was time to replace the squeegee the updated model that was shipped proved to be vastly improved. The blade, which is blue, is much more flexible and does a fabulous job removing water. The microfiber cloth was only needed to dry off the polished chrome in the shower. What a time saver!

Improved, works well
This is improved from the one I bought several years ago. The old one had a very stiff white blade, it wiped well but required more pressure as the edge got rounded from wear. This new one has a very flexible blue blade, and it doesn't need very much pressure to wipe well. It has holes on each side of the handle, I hang it from my shower caddy so I don't have any opinion on the suction cup hook it came with (although it's nice they included a hook).

Softer, better
Replaced an older Etorre with this new one and it's noticeably softer and more pliable so it's easier to squeegee the shower. Old one might have gotten harder with age so it's going out soon. This one is very effective due to its pliability. Probably would buy one again.

I've used this model squeegee in my shower for many years and love it. I tried to get a new one recently and couldn't find it locally. I'm glad I was able to order it from Amazon. Does the job well. I've tried some others and don't like them. Either the rubber blade fits into a metal base, which can scratch my tile or they're too small. This one is the perfect size. BUT bought another one a bit later, and its blade was too hard. Just bought another one in November 2018, and it's far better than the last one. The blade is much softer than either of the earlier ones and works remarkably better. Make sure the blade is a bluish color; that's the softer one. The company calls it new and improved, and it is.

Pass on this one. I had such high hopes.....
I searched and read EVERY Amazon squeegee and bought this one. Alas. I wish I'd bought something else. This one does NOT squeegee the glass shower - it's hit or miss, mainly miss. Mostly on the edges. The best one I ever owned was one I bought from Walmart but I have no idea what brand that was. I just know they no longer stock it. I thought from the "rave" reviews that Ettore made a superior product - but this is not one of them. The blade is too hard and not flexible. I have no idea what the other people are using theirs on. I can only tell you it does not work on my glass shower doors. Oh, and it says it is 12.2 inches long. It's not. I bought it mainly because of the size. I needed a 12 inch blade and it's 11 inches long. I contacted the Ettore company and they said that some of these had been shipped with the blades installed backwards (when I said their product did not work and it left streaks). Well, if my blade had been installed backwards then it should have worked when I flipped it over, right? Trust me, I tried that even before contacting them. The blade is just too hard to be effective. UPDATE: I found my Walmart squeegee and it's right here on Amazon! It's made by Spectrum Diversified. I bought the12" Super Squeegee and it's THE squeegee and at an amazing price! It really is 12" long. The Ettore went into the trash can.

Fit for purpose, effective tool.
This is a very efficient functional tool. The all plastic construction won't rust or scratch, the angle and weigh are ideal, the handle is comfortable to hold, and best of all, the wider blade surprisingly makes the chore much quicker to finish. While there are better looking squeegees out there, I picked this one mainly because it is all white, however, the product I received comes with a bright blue blade, which means it won't blend in quietly with my white tiles when it is hung up. When I eventually find the perfect all white plastic squeegee, I will demote this one inside the cupboard and use it for other purpose.

Very good. plastic made so it doesn't scratch handles and hinges in the shower. I'd buy this model again.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert
Ich habe eine Dusche mit Nano Glastüren. Leider kann man das Wasser mit diesem Wischer nicht gut abziehen. Er liegt überhaupt nicht gut an und erfüllt nicht den gewünschten Effekt. Mein Wischer für unter 3 € viel funktioniert wesentlich besser, dieser ist allerdings nur 20 cm breit und ich wollte einen Breiteren. Bin enttäuscht.
