Accurate, and handy size

I have a calibrated slectronic shipping scale in the basement and this thing gives the same results as it does. It's a nice size and plenty accurate enough for measuring ingedients in the kitchen. If it holds up under normal use I'll be pleased.

Durable and accurate

Bought the standard one a while back and it had been sat on a hot burner, been submerged in liquid. Decided to get the metal top one for easier cleanup but I still use the standard black one and they both measure the same.

Nice, accurate scale, but slow

I replaced my other kitchen scale with this one because of its finer measuring increments (0.00 grams) and heavier weighing capacity. My only disappointment is its comparatively slow time to turn on. While this may seem like a picayune complaint, I find it surprisingly annoying having to wait several seconds before being able to weigh something. When busy in the kitchen and having to use the scale several times during a cooking session, those short pauses add up and get annoying. I'm going to keep the scale, but can't wholehearted recommend it for this reason.

Love that it comes with batteries

My favorite scale for general purposes, has never let me down. This is my second purchase, both still work great. Bought my first one two years ago.

Scale shuts off

I only recently began using this scale so perhaps a bit too soon for a review. It works so far but the auto shut off is way too fast and so it shuts off in the middle of me measuring out things. If you need to measure one thing quickly the scale seems to be great. If you need to tare and add more weight because you are doing something such as making candles or cosmetics it isn't ideal.

Very Accurate Scale!

The media could not be loaded. Scale is very accurate, as shown in attached video where various calibrated weights were added and removed. Auto shutoff duration of 2.0 minutes after no activity is good for a kitchen scale. Tare function works great. On the gram scale, which weighs to one decimal grams, one can easily detect different weights in things you think are the same, such as a razor in a bag of disposable razors, soda containers, mints in a box, etc. More accurate than anyone would probably want for normal kitchen use. Highly recommended.

Really Good Scale

I was skeptical when I bought this scale ... my old scale would turn off too quickly if I was not using it, making me have to start all over with my tare, etc. This scale has been absolutely fantastic... I can tare something and I've never had it turn off too early. The variety of weight units is perfect, and it handles heavy roasts and the lightest coffee grinds...I've been super impressed. I've owned this for a year and a half, and it works as good as ever. I love it!

Does not recognize small measures

I purchased this scale to measure small amounts of yeast such as 0.5g. I was testing with some salt and it would not even recognize any weight (I had tared out the glass container). I tried without the tare function and you can see there are weights being displayed. This is right out of the box. I contacted support and received a disappointing canned reply. Ensure display reads 0.00, fresh batteries, level surface, etc. Will be returning
