No cook to catch the juice and cleaning in between juicy

You have to stop in between juices to clean the machine and you have to have your own cups to fill up the juice and remove the pulp which made a time consuming I believe I will pack the machine up and return it for a refund

Great juicer

I had researched a little bit to try to find a juicer that was right for me. I needed something that was easy to clean, fast and would get a good yield. I also wanted something with a big mouth to help save time with prep in the morning. This has been perfect for me so far. The worst part to clean is the mesh screen, but, I find an old toothbrush works better than the brush they give you. The mouth is big enough for most things to fit without cutting. I use gala apples and the majority of them fit in whole. This saves me so much time! The pulp that comes out is pretty dry compared to some that I have used. It was about the same as my old masticating juicer. The only 2bad things I have had are that he stupid thing comes with a tiny cup. Come on I want some juice man! I just use my 4cup glass measuring cup. If you don't like the separation of the juice from the little bit of pulp that comes out, then you will have to strain it. I highly recommend this juicer!

Can't Recommend This Juicer Highly Enough...!

I've got to say, I really love this juicer. It makes juice fast, and cleanup is fast as well. I was surprised at just how fast cleanup was with this, taking less than 2 minutes simply rinsing everything in the sink, with a little scrubbing of the screen. That's it. I tried a number of brushes for cleaning up, and found either a triangular teflon sponge with a handle or a round vegetable scrubber worked best. It's fast to make juices, and the cleanup is fast and easy as well. If you're looking for a centrifugal juicer to begin your juicing experience with, I can't recommend this one highly enough. After a year of using this, and loving every minute of using it, I got a Kuvings Whole Food Juicer, which I love as well. But I never would have bought the Whole Food Juicer had I not first found how much I loved juicing with the Kuvings Centrifugal Juice Extractor, as the price of the Whole Food Juicer is just so much more than the Centrifugal Juicer. So, if you're looking for a good first juicer; looking to see if you like juicing; and looking to get a juicer that makes juice quickly and has a very fast cleanup time, you should be very happy with this model. The clamps that hold the top in place should feel very easy to clamp down, by the way, when you're assembling the juicer after cleaning it. Simply make sure the arms are placed between the two tangs on either side of the notch the arms fit into before clamping it down. I was concerned before purchasing to read of some people breaking these arms off, but after my juicer arrived I discovered this is nearly impossible to do. Just remember to make sure the arms are in their proper location, and never force the clamps down, as they are very easy to lower and lock in place when the arms are properly positioned.

It juices...

That's what I wanted it for. Only had it two months, juicing once a week to make enough for breakfast and lunch four days a week as part of my cancer treatment. After 1.5 months, one of the clips that holds the top down and releases the safety switch so it will operate broke in half. I tried contacting the warranty department, but the email address was bounced. I then called, and the person answering could not speak my language without the thickest accent I've ever heard. I could only pick-up half of what he said, and I was unsure if he was understanding what I said. I gave up and just ordered a set of new clips AND a new mesh, as the prices were reasonable. Their website does NOT show this model as available OR supported, but it uses the same parts as the orange and white centrifugal juicer. I know I ordered the BLACK clips, as they are also the same on a similar, larger model that is supported. They sent me white ones. No matter - the package was delivered in three business days and free shipping. Juicer works fine.

Great little machine for the $

Bought this a while ago but just getting around to using it mostly because I know how work intensive juice extracting is. I bought it for health reasons and need the benefits fresh juice adds to the body’s recovery process. The 9500 is an excellent little machine for the money. It does a great job of not leaving pulp in the juice. Assembly is uncomplicated though because of seemingly fragile plastic parts I take great care in the set up to make sure everything is tight before turning it on. Clean up is the only drag but that is with every juice extractor. The key to easier cleaning is to do it right away.

Fantastic !

I was looking for a good juicer , easy to use and that wouldn't leave any pulp behind. I have read numerous reviews on the best juicers out there. Jay Kordich's Power Grind Pro was one of them. Sad to hear that the company no longer exists. So I wrote to Jay on facebook asking him if he could recommend me a quality juicer and he told me about Kuvings. I was also not sure about weather to buy the centrifugal mode or the slow juicer , as to keeping all the nutriments, the centrifugal causes more friction and takes away some nutriments. So I asked the all-time expert Jay, about this and this was his response : Hello, It's not proven and perhaps it's true that you lose a bit of nutrients, who knows? What's worse? What if you don't juice very often because the slower juicers are more cumbersome and harder to use? I say get both, so when you can afford to get another juicer, but make it the slow juicer, ok? Now when you have the time you can juice with the slower juicer and when you are in a rush you can use the fast juicer. It does not overheat the produce. I can assure you of that. What they are talking about is friction. Because of the speed of the blades, friction is caused...but what about blending? Blending is 4 times more destructive because there are usually 4 blades instead of just one with a juicer but nobody really speaks about that. I say don't worry. Juice as best as you can, and if you lose 10% or so due to friction, it's better to absorb 90% than not to juice at all. I hope that this makes sense to you.
