The design of the Digital Clock is superb.
What I liked about the clock is that it's easy to set the clock time and the alarm time, the snooze button is on top of the clock and is about 3 inches in length, so if you are like me and use the snooze button a couple of times before getting up, it is very convenient. My wife did not like the brightness of the LCD readout, but I like it because it was easy to read and also acted as a good night light if you need to get up in the middle of the night for bathroom visits. Because my wife does not like the brightness of the LCD, I have to face it parallel to the bed instead of toward me. But, all in all it's a great clock for the price.

Good clock but came with a broken power supply.
The clock is good, but came with inoperable power adapter. Can't tell if it came out of the factory this way or was a repackaged return. Fortunately, I had a spare compatible power supply. So I just let it be, and I am using the clock. Some people complained about the excessive brightness of the display. It is fairly bright but not too much. I have it in my bedroom on a nightstand and it does not bother me.

Big and BRIGHT - maybe too bright
Nice sleek appearance, very large digits, nice climbing alarm (gets progressively more annoying when you don't wake up to turn it off), very nice USB port for charging phone. But sorely missing is a brightness control or an auto-dimmer as these big numbers are really, really bright - as in, read a book by their light kind of bright. Rolling over onto my side directly in front of this clock is like having a flashlight shined into my eyes! May have to return it, but I'll give it a few nights.

Not for Me
The clock came damaged, but that's not too important. Overall, the clock looks nice, but it's very big and very, very bright. At night it will light up a dark room, and in a bright room from far away, it appears blurry. If you're looking for a huge, bright blue clock, this is for you. Not what I was looking for, though.

Great multi-function clock
Great clock, but the blue light is definitely bright. I don't think it's as bad as some other people have posted, it doesn't keep me up at night. But it's bright enough that you definitely won't need a night light in the room.

This should probably be titled fooled me twice shame on me. Bought the identical but smaller model from WalMart. Loved the display and functionality. After about a year part of one of the numbers quit illuminating. Gave it the benefit of the doubt as I didn't have complete control, of it for the year. Had to buy the next one from Amazon as it appeared WalMart no longer carried. Set it on my nightstand, plugged it in and it worked great. For one month! One of the numbers quit lighting already. I have now spent enough to buy a nice alarm and I have.........nothing!

I read all the reviews about how bright the numbers were, and boy are they right!!! (runway lights!) I've tried the trick that someone suggested to put a black knee-high nylon sock stretched over the face, and it works great! Thanks to whoever came up with that idea. I love the size and the colors of the numbers. A very good buy.

Does the job, but a little flimsy
I love the large display, which is why I bought it, but the buttons for setting the time on the back are a little flimsy and you have to press them hard several times to get them to work. I can't really recommend this one to anyone, although I'll keep using mine until it breaks or craps out.

La Crosse Blue digit alarm clock
Good product placed in my lobby below the TV very bright and can see the clock digits from far, wouldn't place it in the bedroom as its very bright and whole room gets illuminated Finally after 5 a trouble free the bottom of one of the digits stopped lighting up any clue or help from manufacturers

Design problem or missing parts?
Display is way way to bright for a bedroom- which is where you put alarm clocks, right? The RTC ( real time clock chip ) is ONLY powered by the "backup"battery. IT drains the 9v quickly then stops keeping time. I suspect they left off some parts, the ones that would power the RTC from the wall-wart until the power goes out as is normally done in a clock with backup battery.
