Always reliable for indoor repairs

I have used this product for years. It is very easy to apply. It also sands and paints beautifully. The price is very reasonable and since it is in a tube, it doesn't dry out like products in a tub.

Does the job well.

I got this to fill in some door and floor moldings (mice and dogs really hate molding), and it worked surprisingly well. It starts setting up pretty quick, so don't dally. It sands well and it dries perfectly white. I only wish there was more in the tube: it kinda felt like it was only about half full.

Works okay

Used this to fill in some holes where my cats had scratched up a door frame. It worked OK, but it was a little gloppy and not as easy to use as I had hoped. I’ll probably have to sand it and go over it several times.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT

So far I have used this to not only repair the powder paint coating on a horribly chipped wood picture frame, but to patch many small nail holes. While it sanded easily for the picture frame as needed, it was not necessary to do any sanding or touch up painting in either usage. Color matches perfectly and dries quickly without requiring paint though I had purchased some touch up paint for projects in my home. Love the applicator tube as well! RECOMMEND

Prefer the old package

Used to come in a small tub. Was easier to use. No idea why they changed it. As far as the product is concerned, it’s very good. You can call this wood filler, wood putty, etc. You can paint it. You can stain it.

fill-in on some oopsies

Used to fill holes in the floor due to a drop of a heavy object. Works well and filled in the hole. After staining, could not really tell there was a hole there.

Easy to work with and sands out nice. I painted over so can’t comment on using stain but paint covered very well.

Works great.. very quick and easy to use and don’t have to paint after!

I used this on my railing going upstairs that one of my cats chewed.. was so easy to use, dries quickly and I didn’t even have to sand it afterwards or paint over it.. blended in really well

Excellent all-round wood filler

Best Light filler wood filler I found easy to sand goes hard but not rockhard tries fairly quickly good on the softwood and hardwood even balsawood

If you are Gaston and have cracks in your wood this is for you

This putty means business, it can only be removed from the tube if you have the strength of Thor but it stays in place, is very mouldable for fixing broken off corners (using the shiny side of pizza boxes to cheat) and looks like wood enough for varnish to cover up. So only a 1 for ease of use but finish is perfect

Hard to get out of tube

This feeble female could not get the putty out of the tube. Needs strong muscles, clearly.
