What we needed!
This is the toilet seat we needed. We looked for a long time and couldn’t find the correct seat. Now we found it. The only thing is that the lid of the seat is not sturdy to stand on. Other than that, it works perfectly!

The right shape…
We have 4 Eljer brand toilets. They are all this shape. Local big box home improvement stores sell “round” or “elongated”….& neither of those will work for our kinda squared-off fixtures. These fit. I wish they didn’t have such sharp edges, though. I may have to use some sandpaper to avoid cutting hands.

Beware - Mine was not assembled when received! See below.
This seems to be the only currently manufactured item for the regular size, Eljer Emblem "square front toilet" of the 1980s, for the off white/beige color. The size is good, it fits the outline of the toilet perfectly. It is a bit thin in that is bends when sitting on it, but it is comfortable. The problem with mine is that there are two pins, plastic, that hold all the parts together. They need to be installed a bit sub flush to the hole as the pin head is a bit larger than the pin and this acts to keep the pin tight and from coming out. When I opened the box the pins were loose and all parts were disassembled! I was able to put it back together and using a nail set to tap the pins sub flush into the holes. Not sure if mine was the only one like that or were there many made like this - beware!

Good product. A bit expensive
Good product. No other shape of toilet seat will fit mine, so did not have a choice, I had to buy this one. A bit more expense, but still a good product, The back of the seat tends to crack after three four years.

Got tired of making do with generic seats that don't fit. It's expensive but worth having for a correct fit. Have purchased two.

It's incredibly hard to find these seats with the square front, but this one does the job. Get one before they disappear again.

Excellent product.
This item was a tough one to find anywhere as it fits a 30 year old Eljer toilet. The seat fits perfectly! The colour is slightly different, but very close. Very happy with this product.
