The media could not be loaded. This product is easy to install, clean & sturdy. However I will suggest that you add to the porcelain rim of your toilet some small squares of adhesive double-sided tape. This will also adhere to the bottom of the riser and keep it from sliding . This was the only issue that I have run into so far. I have fractured my L1 & it has triggered my sciatic nerve on both sides of my back and the pain runs down my entire left leg. Because of this fall it has also caused severe pain, swelling and fluid buildup in my knee. I needed a high-rise toilet seat with handles so I could gently sit down on my toilet and lift up without adding more stress to my back and legs. One other feature that I truly love about this high rise toilet lid is the handles to help me get up and down and the fact that my toilet seat fit on top of it so I could have a lid to shut . These features were a must for me in having the lid make sure that nothing will fall into my toilet . The other feature is that the high-rise is also high enough that I can use my lighted footstool to place my feet upon when on my toilet. This helps from putting strain on my hemorrhoids . I truly recommend this product .

The screws may not match your toilet holes for screws

I like that it is very easy to clean. Ot is comfortable Dislike, that it has to be adjusted every other dsy. It slides, the screws will not stay tight. Will not recommend

Perfect for elderly

Got for my parents who are 85 and 92 and it turned their toilet into a handicap one in a few minutes. Works great and is sturdy.

Poor design and quality.

Very disappointed in this product. Difficult to install, no way to clean between product and toilet seat, cannot securely mount product, mounting bars are rusting, feeling of insecurity when using. I would have returned the unit except I fell and broke my hip on 28 February. I was in the hospital for two months and was released only after the return period had expired. Is there anything you can do about this?

Can't recommend this product.

While the unit is constructed decently. When installed the raised toilet tends to slip and slide from side to side on the toilet bowl. The replacement bolts are not enough to prevent sideways sliding. I'm using some non-skid material to help for now, but I intend to replace this product with something better as soon as possible.
