So I ordered what I needed and what the package said with the item number I needed for replacement pads. They arrive quickly but the pads are not what I need they were miss labeled on the site so I cannot use them I will be returning them

Lo malo es que duran poco
Son útiles por solo unos 3 meses luego ya hay que desecharlos. Pierden rápido la adhesión y no es conveniente. Es muy fastidioso estar comprando siempre esos electrosos solo por mala adhesión. Deberían durar más.

Worked-ish but inferior to originals
Original pads that came with the Compex unit were very sticky (in a good way). These are less sticky and while they work ok they don't seem to do as good of job as the originals. I still had a bag of the originals and you can see the difference - some of these are misaligned out of the bag and have air pockets under the sticky coating. The originals were perfectly square with no air pockets at all. This doesn't directly affect things but it means these guys aren't the quite the same as the original pads that came with the unit. Not sure if compex makes replacememt pads more cheaply, or if amazon is mixing in counterfeits (it's happemed to me before with other products). Going yo try irdering from compex directly next time and see what I get.

For use with Compex units, these are great electrodes. Can be reused (with the same patient) over the course of a rehab program.

These don't work well. Very disappointing.
I bought these in 2021 in hopes of using them on my patients (I am a Physical Therapist outside the US) along with the Compex unit I had just bought. The unit only comes with a couple of pairs. Plus I figured that it made sense to purchase these longer ones if purchasing a whole pack. However they *BARELY* transmit the current. ALL of them. Whereas the smaller square ones that came with the unit work well to transmit the current, ALL of these longer ones BARELY transmit the current; I have to turn the power up so high just to "feel" it - and even then I barely feel it. Interestingly the unit itself came with a pair or two of the longer ones as well, in addition to the square ones. Would you believe that those longer ones ALSO DON'T WORK?? That was why I decided to order more in the first place - plus the "button" actually tore off one of the pads while I was attempting to detach it (how did that happen??!!). I had thought it was just a "fluke" with those, and that buying a brand new pack would fix everything; but NOPE! It's as if all the rectangular pads do not work - whether blue or black; whereas the "squares" work well. Waste of money! I recently ordered a couple of SMALLER packs of the SQUARE ones - I'm still taking a risk of sorts, but I'm hoping that this will be better since these are all squares. If they work then I can readily use them on my patients. I don't know what's up with the rectangular pads but Compex ought to take a look at them. For the price you pay it PAINS to waste money like that. I Strongly recommend DON'T BUY!
