Very Easy
This is the second blade I’ve purchased for my five-year-old EGO mower. I prefer replacing the blade every other season since we have sandy soil that causes the blade to dull quickly. Sticking to the instructions, removal and reinstalling of the blade using screw drivers as stabilizers can be done in ten to fifteen minutes. If it’s the first time removing the blade, it may take a little elbow grease to loosen the bolt. Just make sure to replace the parts (Fan, Inner Flange) in the exact order they were removed and facing correctly.

An every season buy!
These are an every season buy but they make the mower feel like new. New blades put less stress on the battery & cuts much better. They are on an excellent EGO brand mower & to us they are worth the seasonal investment!

What a difference
My EGO mower is a little less than 3 years old, but I ran over some nice size rocks at the edge of our garden and knicked up the blades. I always have random blades of grass sticking up after mowing, no matter what direction I mowed or how much I overlapped passes. The knicks looked too bad to be able to file out, so the only option was replacing the blade. Removal of the old blade was pretty easy. Just used a 14mm ratchet and knocked it loose with a rubber mallet. I was struggling a little tightening on the new blade. The mower instruction manual says to put screwdrivers or something similar through the blade into the pulley wheel to keep the blade from turning while tightening. But the bolt kept getting tight and stopping, with way too much wiggle in the blade to be correct. I eventually figured out you need to position the washer snuggly onto the blade before beginning to tighten the bolt. Once you get your hands positioned such that you can make sure the screwdrivers and washer are held in place while using the ratchet, it's easy from there. What a difference the new blade makes! It felt like the mower was skating across the grass effortlessly. After seeing how clean it was cutting the grass, I felt a little more confident lowering the mower one height setting for a shorter cut. There was way fewer ripped grass tips, so the lawn looks even greener than usual. And way less random missed blades standing up mocking me. I'll definitely be making sure to sharpen the blade every season (and avoiding those garden rocks!) so I can keep it cutting like this.

I really like my EGO lawnmower but had not sharpened the blade or changed it in the probably four seasons or more that I have had it. I tried to buy a blade locally but no one seemed to carry it, and one store said that it was about competition??? Anyway, I went to the EGO site and saw no advantage to buy there so I purchased through Amazon. The order came very quickly and was securely packaged. The hard part was installing it. I watched YouTube clips and thought it would be a breeze. I finally gave up and called the company. They suggested that I take it to Home Depot. I called HD who said to bring it over. I put the lawnmower in my trunk and took it to them. It took them no time- May e 10 minutes or less with the right torque and power tools to get the job done at no charge. Incidentally, they said that my original blade looked just fine. I am keeping it for a backup. The new blade is giving a good cut and the price was reasonable.

All EGO products pretty much get 5 stars
My old EGO blades lasted 4 years. Pretty good considering some of the things I've went over with it. I could probably sharpen them, but time for some new ones. I haven't actually had these long enough to rate them. My rating is more for the older ones that came with my mower.

Satisfaite
Je suis tres satisfaite, facile a utiliser et la pile dure vraiment 45 minutes. J"ai une tres grande pelouse qui me prend 5 recharges et elle ne me laisse pas tombé. Le temps de recharge est d"environ 45 minutes, juste le temps de prendre quelques poses ou de faire autre choses en attendant. Tres bonne tondeuse facile a nettoyer et a ranger.

Fits my EGO 2100SP. Very convenient from Amazon with quick, free, delivery.
My local EGO retailer (Rona) never seems to have the blade I need in stock so I don’t even bother checking there now. Good to have a spare blade ready to install - takes the time pressure off blade sharpening, too.

A good replacement
It's a lawn mower blade, and it is almost identical to the one that came with my EGO lawn mower! No problems at all, and now I have two to rotate throughout the summer while one is getting sharpened!

Price
The blade works pretty good for our grass the only issue was price. We used to but these for$21 now they are over$50.
