For the price I paid, I felt I got a great deal.

I got two of these for my rocking chairs in my enclosed porch for the winter. I got the cheapest ones I could find on here cause I figured they were going to be used in a room where we smoke and was not in the house but in an area I consider to be more outside even though the porch is enclosed. I expected to receive something cheap feeling kind of like those throw blankets for under $5 at your local giant chain store. Instead, I got these very nice and soft lined blankets that seemed to be of higher quality than I had paid for, in my mind. They heat up nicely and since they are throws and not blankets, I expected them to be small but they seem to be just fine even when I'll use one indoors while lying down flat. But I'm under 5'4" so it may be a different situation for others. I recommend them for the cost and the quality and they work very well.

Plush, soft, subtle heat

I agree with the soft and the plush. It is nicer than most electric blankets that way. But the heat is very subtle even on high. I like that it doesn't feel stiff or rough like many electric blankets feel but I wish that the high setting got warmer. Update December 13th 2021: I look at all of the low star reviews saying that it doesn't heat up and I know why people are saying it. Mine takes at least an hour to get warm. I tested it again tonight during Prime Time and after an hour, I wasn't quite sure that it was warming. But before The Voice ended, it was such a perfect temperature that I fell asleep and don't know how it ended. An hour in, I wasn't sure it was working at all. That is what it is like. I ended up really liking it and I sleep really well with it. But I use it under a comforter so the first hour before it gets warm isn't as frustrating to me.

would not pay full price just for the name, but a good blanket

I got 3 on sale, so I found what I paid to be good value for money. However, if I had paid the $55, I think I would be disappointed. They are a nice size, reasonably soft and decently thick, very much the same as the big box retailers have for around $30. Guess I assumed the name would convey extra quality, maybe it does in the parts you cannot see, but over all, its a basic decent electric throw that will make a good xmas present.

Perfect

I've had issues replacing my old heated throw. The first one kept coming unplugged - returned. The second one (not from Amazon) had the controls sewn into the throw. I kept turning it up / off with my elbow, and my cat walked on it and turned it on. Controls are simple, easy to use, has 5 heat levels, is big enough, and so, so soft.

Cozy Throw

It didn't heat up at the bottom of the blanket just the top of the blanket but I'm too lazy to return it so I'm going to keep it and I like the color and I like the softness of the blanket so I'm going to keep it

Great electric throw!

I have a full sized bed and I layed it on the bottom for the gentle heat for my back. I fractured my back and its gentle heat and softness made the pain go away. I had back surgery a few days ago and it takes away the pain as well. When my back fully heals, I am going to use it, as a regular heated throw.
