Incorrect parts

The blinds themselves are nice but if you’re trying to do an inside/ceiling mount, the screws they provide don’t fit the bracket and won’t work. We happened to have the right size screws at home from another project but we got lucky.

Looks great

This was easy to install and looks great on the inside. I did hang this in the living room, and it doesn't look great from the outside. It would probably be better hanging from a second story window.

Easy to install

This fit my window perfectly, was easy to install and looks so much better than the curtain that was there. I like that it's cordless, and it's in my office, so the blackout isn't super important to me in there, but come summer I may appreciate that more, we don't have AC. I like that the shade comes off and washes easily, I'm going to be ordering more for the other two windows in my office.

Good quality true blackout

We do not have this mounted yet as we're not able to do an inside frame mount. I do know some people have had issues with screws. What I am reviewing is the quality of the material used. Much of the "black out" curtains you buy are dark curtains but not true blackout curtains unless it says they have an extra backing layer. The trouble with curtains is that by nature they're mounted out and away from the wall letting all kinds of light leak in. With shades, they tend to be mounted closer to the wall and frame of the window. Ideally, inside the window frame. Unfortunately we don't have enough space for that so we'll need to get creative. What I will say is I like that these are true blackout shades. You can't see in my picture that the back side of the shade has another layer that appears close to impermeable. I am looking forward to having these mounted.

Very nice noise reducing blind

This blind is definitely thick and substantial. It does reduce outside noise. It looks very nice hanging. Getting it put up was easy as well.

Decent black out

So our windows double the size in our sons room and I decided to grab this to try it on half the window to see how it looks and how much does it block. Well it’s perfect in my opinion, handle on the back isn’t my favorite but it works and will not allow him to mess with this covering. Needless to say we actually buying another one after installing first half, so it’s worth it. Highly recommend to do good window measurements before purchasing just to make sure it will work. But quality is great and it’s perfect black out. Doesn’t look too bad from the outside, so well worth it!

This was super easy to install. The directions were easy to follow (we did have to use our own screws because the ones that came with the product were not good). The blind and curtain together keep so much light out! I love that the curtain velcros on (and the pins slide into the back) so that you can take the curtain off to wash it when it becomes dirty!
