Straps are loose fitting

I really wanted to like these shoes as they are very attractive and came in a narrow width. I ordered the nude shade. Unfortunately the straps across the tops and the strap around the back of the ankle are so loose they do not hold my foot in place at all and there is such a gap between the straps and my foot. I did not feel my foot was secure at all in these so unfortunately I had to return them. If they fit correctly I think they would be a comfortable shoe and they are very stylish.

Doesn't fit right

I bought a 9N in this shoe and they were so wide I double checked the size on the shoe. I don't know if they would be comfortable or not because the shoe size was so off. They were a pretty color and the heel was just the right height. But I'd hesitate before buying another shoe this brand without trying it on first in a store.
