Not bad

Running outdoor track 3s buggy they grip great on packed dirty with some loose material on top. They don't last very long though fronts are already missing pins

Nice for my Rustler 4x4

I converted my Rustler so it can run these wheels and it made the truck much more fun on clay. The extra ground clearance and traction means I have less chassis slap and much more initial turn compared to the almost useless stock tires. My truck is stock except for the wheels and adapters. The surface is dryish hard, bumpy indoor clay/dirt. Pros: Ground clearance, a bit more traction overall, much better initial steering, Looks cool, like a truggy. Cons: The tires and adapters will put more load on the arms and hubs. On hard clay it is a little squirrely due to the softer skinner tires but the original tires just skidded around. Will change your final drive ratio due to being bigger so watch the gearing and temps.

Nice tires!

These are great grippy tires for sand. I know I shouldn't but I like running them on the street for how grippy they are. I ran on 4s ovonic rebel 8000 mah batteries with 120 c and ran on 100% and they never came unglued. They hold the road nicely and hold together nicely. I would say money well spent.

Very grippy, c3 compound is sticky but thick enough with firm foam so don’t deform much.

Have the c3 compound on my arrma Typhon mega converted to 4s 3660 19t 48p pinion. At about 50mph they do balloon but not horribly. They are super grippy and the rubber is thick enough and the foam is firm enough that the tires don’t roll over or deform much at all (the car rolls easier than stock, but that’s inevitable with such grippy tires). Feeling them it feels almost like a solid piece of soft rubber. Best of all they look great on my Typhon. Very pleased and been through about 4 packs so far on dirt and asphalt, wheelies, speed runs, spinning out and hard cornering they’re showing minimal wear, especially for how soft and sticky they are. Very happy and I won’t hesitate buying Duratrax tires next time I want some.

Reglue them!

If your cars go 80mph reglue them they work great low speed but I messed up and did not reglue them and one blew up but it has great traction

Must have for Typhon 3s BLX

These offer slightly better grip than the stock dboots off road tires the Typhon 3s BLX comes with. They are actually slightly taller and slightly slimmer than the factory fitted units and I have a short course setup with a large ramp and these steer stop and hook up straighter and definately in a shorter distance than stock. My particular jump sends me sliding into the fence at the end of my yard with a good full-send. After I threw these on and ripped the same course i rolled it turning around and endo'd it doing a stoppie after landing the jump. The stock tires dont endo me as easily on nose heavy breaking so Im left assuming my grip is better. It also responds aerobatically better when doing tricks before you land your 'flight' I have to assume this is because the slightly larger gyroscopic effect from the slightly taller circumfrence of these wheels. They send lots of mud flying and tear grass up really nice.

Awsome 1/8 tire for your buggy better then Proline hands down!!!

These are some amazing tires for the price. I put these on my 1/8 Vorza Flux and they hook up. Plus they look great. The rubber compound feels great and of high quality. No issues with the factory glue. The wheels are light weight and look great. And they hook up on all sorts of terrain as I am bashing. I thoug Proline was the cats ass but these Duratrax X-Cons are easily the best all around tire for the money for your 1/8 buggy nitro or electric. I will be only buying these when they wear out. NOTE: some have said they got one set with white lettering on the tire and one with yellow, I got white lettering on both sets if that matters to any of you. Thanks

Great value and traction

Great tires, put 4 packs through these on my rc8.2e factory team with a Mamba monster 2 and 2200kv motor and these tires do NOT balloon at all on 4s!!! Haven't tried 6s yet but 4s is plenty for an 1/8 buggy while bashing. The rubber compound is pretty soft but the foam is hard , it results in good traction on most lose surfaces such as grass and gravel. I tried these on asphalt just to see how they do and WOW they honestly grip very well considering the tread pattern and hard inner foam. However I don't recommend running these on super hard surfaces do to the soft rubber compound they will more then likely wear quickly but for grass they are awesome! Edit , also keep in mind the writing isnt blue on the sidewall like shown in the photos , it is actually white in real life.
