Faded in 7 months

I bought the cover for fire pit and 2 chairs. Products faded in less than a year. Looks nice brand new.

Attractive fire pit cover

I was looking for a nice quality cover for a brand new fire pit. The color of this cover blends well with the color of the rosette in the sunken patio and you can notice in the photo where the water has beaded up on the fabric. The manufacturer states on the package that this cover is water resistant and not waterproof. We haven’t used the fire pit yet so there is an upside down large plant pot inside it to allow water to run off the cover. Our fire pit is 30” and this cover is 34” so even if we added a rounded spark screen this cover would have plenty of room. We are quite happy with the quality of the fabric and the color which is not your typical black like a gas grill cover. Time will tell if the cover holds up but we do intend on taking the fire pit in for the winter. We are not fire pit people as we heat our house with wood and don’t waste wood to make s’mores or chit chat around the fire. Again, this product has only been in use for a short time and has performed well during windy nights and rain. You may have a different result due to weather and sun exposure in your area.

Good fit to fire pit, but will require replacement

Stands up to elements for maybe 3-4 years in our experience.

Perfect Fit

This cover fit my firepit perfectly. My firepit is almost exactly 36 inches in diameter. I first purchased a 36" cover, but the fit was way too tight. This cover is slightly larger at 40 inches, but not so large as to sag around my firepit. My firepit is about 25 inches in height. Again, this 24 inch high cover protects my firepit without dragging on the ground. The material looks and feels durable, but of course, time will tell for this characteristic. We have icy and snowy winters where I live, so the cover will be put to the test. Perhaps I can update this review in the Spring. I hope this helps!

Well worth the price

I'm finally replacing this cover after 6 years. Bought last one in 18' For 20 some dollars this is well worth it.

It lasted 30 days past the two year warranty period

Overall this cover has been excellent at protecting our gas firepit. It has solid water resistance and durability has been good and the piut looks nearly brand new underneath. It has sat on the firepit through all four seasons over the last two years and as the photos show it has faded a bit but still looks good. Unfortunately when taking the cover off after a recent rain it tore, and as I purchased the cover in May of 2020 it is literally one month past the limited two year warranty period. Disappointing, but not so much that I didn't buy the same thing as a replacement.
