Quality Product at Affordable Price

After a brief detour into a non-clear urinal that was green in an effort to have my home feel a little less institutional, I realized that there are definite advantages to choosing a clear urinal. Most of all, as someone who is prone to urinary tract infections it's much easier to see my output to catch any problems early. If you're at all familiar with Drive Medical products, you likely know they tend to be targeted toward the regular but moderate user. I've always found Drive products a bit lacking in terms of durability, though with a urinal it's not really that big of an issue since they tend to get periodically replaced anyway. This product is clear and marked gradually to aid in the tracking of output. It easily holds 32 ounces without risking spilling over. As is noted, there's a cap that helps eliminate issues with odor. I do find the cap just a little flimsy, though this seems to be an issue with most urinals. The graduation marks on the outside of the urinal make it easier to hold in place for me as I typically use it while in my wheelchair. It took me a couple tries to find the right angle as the grooves are a little less pronounced than on the McKesson brand urinal. This urinal is also a little bit narrower than my most recent model, though this has worked out to be a positive for me once I got used to the angle. It's fairly easy to rinse out, though I'd likely use some sort of sink brush to actually get the inside. I tend to replace my urinals every 1-2 months and more frequently if needed. Overall, this urinal is a low-priced, reasonable quality option that I would easily use again and will very likely consider with my next purchase. While it has a couple minor concerns, it should work fine for users able to use legs to hold it in place well. If you lack the ability to grip at all, you might consider a make with more pronounced grooves.

Thicker plastic than most urinals makes it easier to handle with less worry of spills crushing or cracking. The opening could be a little more rounded on the edge, smoother.

Great, awesome product!

Because of the UNBELIEVABLE price of this product, I didn't expect much... boy was I ever wrong! The workmanship & quality of the product is exceptional in all categories. The service of the company was exceptional as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE & EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A URINAL! It is AWESOME when it comes to urinals!!

But the only thing I don't like about it is don't tip or or knock it over when full because it will leak out past the cover slowly it is not liquid tight. I give this product like 3 stars myself. Its not perfect by any means but It does its job. I use it myself and I liked it better than the ones they had for me in the nursing home.

Fast and well constructed

Hey Guys we're in trouble!. This company was great at handling my complaint about their product. SO BITCH. I am angry at this industry that they have dumbed down a product that can cause severe adverse side affects. I am not angry at this company. If they don't do something about the product then I will be. This sounds so ridiculous, but true. I'm married to a Quad. almost 40 tears married, 5 years quad. When my husband got his bladder back--we celebrated because we set up a bank of urinals and I got to sleep for more than an hour and a half. Band together my friends. Because of great diligence, I have never dealt with a bed sore. I am not about to start here with a scathed penis because some stupid company decided to dumb down a male urinal and shove it down our throats because nobodies making any thing better I am waiting on an order from Carex.
