Keeps on giving
I used this product in 1980's to organize embroidery floss for cross stitching. October 2021 I decided to cross stitch a Christmas stocking for grandson. The threads stored on the Dritz Master Cards were pulled out ready to be used again. It was comforting to find that the cards were still available as an aide in storing more skeins of thread. Thanks so much for helping a 70 year old grandmother renew the joy of this hobby and complete the stocking.

So happy to find these
I had these from many years ago to organize my cross stitch thread. I use a large 3 ring binder to put these cards in. I was so happy to find these again! I use a 3 ring hole punch to make these binder-ready, write the DMC number on the line provided, and string the thread through the provided hole. A large index card came with my original set so I can record and easily find the desired thread. I find these much more economical and more easy to use than having multiple plastic boxes.

These are exactly what I wanted/needed for my cross-stitch projects. A. And for each project.

DIY easier and more flexible, but this is nicely implemented.
These are pretty handy and well-designed, with holes for your embroidery yarn or floss and a good place to add the symbol, letter, or number for that color. I am not sure that it's much of an improvement over an index card with holes punched in it. And for larger or more elaborate projects, especially ones that blend floss colors in a single stitch, there are not NEARLY enough holes to have every blend have its own! The magnet for holding the needle is a cute idea, but as a person who lives with cats, I have to make sure needles are far more secure than that. The same would be true if one had small kids. Still, functional if a DIY approach is just not in the cards for some reason!

Essential part of an embroiderer’s tools
The LoRan Needle Holder holds threaded needles safely and securely. Paired with LoRan Master Card (holds cut lengths of embroidery thread) the product greatly aids in embroidery. The cards allow the colour symbols and numbers to be recorded so that you can be sure which one you are using. This is especially helpful when working with a bumber threads of a similar hue.

Super handy!
Makes my stitching so much easier, I used to punch holes in cardboard to sort my threads and put my needle in my canvas. The magnet on these is strong enough to hold my needle even when I put it all away in a bag. And I just carefully write my project name and thread colours in pencil and easily erase it all for the next one.
